Love this place but I am not a fan of their refund policy brought tiles for a bathroom project had over 5 boxes left and I couldn't even get a store credit as it had been over 90 days . Makes no sense as I spent a lot in this store .

My husband went to this Lowes and dropped over $1200. He purchased a lot of electrical. He asked man waiting if they were competing with Elliott's because he had done a lot of shopping with them in the past. The man told him they were always cheaper. So later he had to get some other supplies that Lowes didn't have I. Stock. He went to Elliotts to get what he needed and found out the items he bought at Lowes was like half what they cost at Elliotts. He went back to lowes with his receipt and asked for a price adjustment and the manger refused. I guess the lesson here is you can't can't trust what a Lowes employee tells you

The store manager, James is the worst type of person I have my receipt they denied my return because it was $1000 I'm from Atlanta Georgia he told me to go back to the store. I purchased it from when I just moved here and bought a house very very very rude and disrespectful type of person.

Was told by an employee to bring a large appliance to store to return. Had it loaded and they declined the returns. Caused major financial hit. Extremely bad customer service across the board.

Lowes in Burleson Tx has terrible service from the flooring department. Waited 26 days for a simple flooring measure, costing ($35.00) up front, which came back 3 different times incorrect. After taking it back to the flooring personnel, multiple times and correcting it, I decided to go into the Lowes in Burleson TX today to press them as to what the final, corrected estimate would be, only to find it incomplete, not included the vinyl flooring part as well as the original "incorrect" carpet estimate that had been corrected the week before.At that point I decided to just move on to a different flooring store.I ask Victoria ( the front manager for my $35.00 back for the incorrect and incomplete measurement and she said "sorry but the measurers were a third party contractor and although they were at vault, Lowes cannot refund the $35.00 because the measurer made the trip."Apparently not only do I not have an accurate flooring estimate and I burned a months worth of my time & aggravation but I also get to pay for Lowes incompetence in hiring third party contractors.NEVER AGAIN...Zero rating

Went to garden center to purchase and have loaded 25 bags of a certain brand of mulch which they had two pallets in stock on back wall of garden center. The old guy at the register said they were out of stock. Hah! After waiting 10 min for him to sort it out, long line formed, then being misdirected to the parking lot which did not have any pallets, then back into the store, the two youngish helper guys abandoned us to be replaced by two women, both hard working, but one was not suppose to be lifting anything(she should sue Lowes). It turned into a big hassle. I've never had good luck with getting any guy/male at Lowes to help load anything, and always have to do it myself. Cheers to the two ladies who helped.

Ordered a sink from this Lowes. We picked it up, and it was cracked in multiple places. When I called customer service, instead of looking up the item number to see if another one is in stock (like a competent customer service person is perfectly capable of doing), I get transferred to plumping--where I am on home for a ridiculous amount of time. I hung up and called back and asked for the manager, who told me that he can't do anything and I needed to speak with customer service. Once again, I get transferred to the lady who did not know how to do her job in the first place, and it took me telling her that her manager said she could look up an item number for her to finally do it. All in all, the issue was never solved, and the people who work there are incompetent.I would NEVER recommend this lowes to any person ever!

Service is falling down at this store. They don't answer their phones anymore. Impossible to get through.
