This is a great and convenient location. Jim and Jordon are both very hard workers, who expertly walk the line between professional and personal. They have been a big help in getting my pool running clear and clean, recommending the right product for my price range and needs, and are always sure to remind me sometimes it's not worth it to add chemicals before a big rain. This is the go to pool supply store for anyone in the Burleson or surrounding area!! The other local store, known by criminal names, does not give the personal service Leslie’s does. I’ll only go here for my pool needs!!!

Just walked into Burleson Leslie’s pool store and not one employee said welcome, hi or anything one younger guy in store which was helping a customer and older one which was not with a customer. The older guy saw us waiting at counter in the back as he was sitting right in front of him writing and didn’t say anything to us like.. did you guys need help finding something or anything the young guy asked us if we where the one who called about a part and immediately went and grabbed it checked us out and back to the customer he was helping and thank you for that. This was our first time in there and definitely our last. We will get our products from E pool and Amazon. In my opinion you should definitely greet customer as they walk into a business even if your with a customer. That’s called customer service.
