I’ve been using this Kroger for years. Love it. But this few times this gentleman with a mask and long hair working the self serve is unbelievably rude.I’m hoping the manager reads this. This gentleman workin self checkout to close 2/22/24 has been beyond rude.I asked him to help with an error on my checkout, he stated, “ I can’t help you with that”My husband went in and asked if this register took cash, and he exclaimed in extremely rude saying “look at the sign !” He seemed upset that my husband disturbed him using his phone. Which all we see him do,’every time we see him work. One night I walked in 30 minutes before closing, this gentleman walked right up to me almost in my face and told me i had 30 minutes in an aggressive way. When I was done 5 minutes to closing I saw him herding the customers and acting foolishly making us all uncomfortable. Totally bizarre. We are there regularly, due to owning a small business locally. And later especially close to closing as we work late. This night particularly, I walked in, saw he was working and felt uncomfortable. He didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked in or when I left. I had played scratch tickets. I went back to my business and decided before closing I was going to get a few more with my husband. Ten minutes to 1, closing time, doors locked. Then my husband went to knock on the window, which was right behind him. He would not even look back. I just wanted to get my tickets to possibly win what I put in. So there goes that. So we will be calling tomorrow to make a complaint. I know the difficulties of employing staff, but this employee has business in customer service. This honestly is the worst I have ever seen or experienced. I’m not for anyone getting fired, but I would really consider and go to the cameras to see his actions on a daily. We know Richard, and he has always been helpful and gone out of his way with every customer. Never seeming to mind to help. Richard is exceptional with customer service. I have never seen him on his phone or not working. He deserves a raise. And he has always been patient and kind at closing. One is kind the other makes you feel your presence unwanted. Literally making you feel like you should shop somewhere else. LiterallyPlease help me feel comfortable shopping at my favorite place.P.SLarry is exceptional and an angel. Why no response to any reviews? Do you read them?

Great service, specially the area where you order groceries and go pick them up. The Manager comes out and greets you and makes sure everything is being taken care of. Even tho it gets packed they move super quick and makes sure it's super convenient and you get great customer service!

I was very happy to learn after I got my vehicle inspected at Joshua Lube and Tune, that you can buy your Texas registration tags at the Kroger customer service desk. The service desk in Burleson is open 8a-8p.

When I came to Burleson Kroger was my favorite here! But as time went on it has gone down hill sadly. Stuff isn’t as fresh and selection of produce and other stuff is not the same at all!I love the coupons and savings etc but everything has gone up all the way around everywhere and sadly I’m very disappointed with them now.

This store is no longer on my list. The self check outs always have a problem, there's never enough cashiers available to choose that option. You NEVER see a manager step in to help with either situation. The store employees do not know the store enough to tell you about the products. Bye kroger I really don't think I'll miss you.

I have been shopping with Kroger's / Fry's grocery stores, for over 25 years. Great deals with digital coupons and fuel reward points, seemed to add great value for every dollar spent. Great produce selection, excellent meat dept. They'll have my business as long as I'm able to shop.

The Kroger bakery is amazing! Their cakes are great, the staff is professional, so easy to work with, and friendly, and the decorators are highly talented! I ordered a birthday cake, and the design for the top was from a picture. Kroger has the capability to create "edible pictures" on cakes from pdf's, etc. A competitor store told me it could not be done. Kroger welcomed the opportunity, and the outcome was absolutely beautiful!! GREAT JOB!!!!

I would have given 5 stars, but was not pleased by how a situation was handled. My husband and I come from Waco to shop here, on occasion. There are certain items y’all sell that we really like. We were in on a Sunday and I bought a dress. On Monday, I planned on wearing it to an event. When I went to put it on, I discovered an anti-theft device was left on it. We came back the following weekend, to have it removed. Thank goodness I still had the receipt. I understand accidents happen. However, when I got to customer service, no one was there. I saw several employees standing around who I assume was a manager. I finally had to go and ask if someone would help me. A lady finally came. I explained that I had to drive back, from Waco. She removed it , put it in a bag, and handed it back to me. No I’m sorry about the inconvenience or anything! And the fact of the matter is, I think she is the one that rang me up and forgot to remove it! An apology would have been nice! We usually get better customer service than this.

Do yourself a favor and go across the road to HEB. The shelves are never stocked, the meat is substandard at best. I never get what I tell them I want. Perfect point happened today- I told him and pointed to the 3 steak kabobs I wanted. When I drove 30 minutes home and was ready to grill there was only 2. Who should I chose to not eat tonight. ??this happens all the time. I’m finally finished with them. It’s going to be HEB from now on.

Nice clean store, staff very friendly and helpful.Only negative issue is the self checkout scanners, you scan 2-3 items and have to have someone come and do their thing to get it to start going again, ugh!!!

Great variety, alot more items of Kroger brands to choose from than the Cleburne or Crowley stores. At checkout Carol and her bagger were SUPER friendly.
