Went to sell clothes and buy new clothes from them as well today. I was told it would be about 45 minutes to go through my sell items and they recommended staying in store. My 2 year old and I shopped and waited for over an hour and half patiently and kept getting told we were up next. At the 2 hr mark I had to leave in order to get my other kid from school pick up on time. The lady had me sign a paper saying I'd be back to get my stuff and she sat the items I wanted to buy with my store credit aside in a bin and assured me it would be there when I got back.
When I got back an hour later the whole bin of items I had shopped for, and spent 2 hrs waiting on earlier had all been returned to various spots in the store and I was told it was an accident. The lady then reassured me she remembered what I had and would get it all for me quickly. Well, she did not remember but 3 out of the 20+ items I had set aside and several of the things had been purchased by other people in the mean time.
To say I'm furious is an understatement. They repeatedly lied to me about wait time estimates and then lied to me about my items that were gone.
Unfortunately I can't trust the store anymore which is a bummer because I have shopped here a few times before with no issues.
Needless to say, don't leave anything unattended there and don't expect to be told an honest wait time.

I live going to kid to kid in the Burleson location! The girls there are so sweet and kind ! They have a huge selection of winter clothes and shoes now! Oh! And coats galore !

I had to prove with ID that was MY DEBIT CARD. The one I knew the pin too! That was crazy!! And so rude to even ask.
