Worst place EVER, Since no live on property management like when we rented, now we find the gate open all the time, About 12 units was BROKEN INTO and Robbed not just a little bit we lost thousandsof family valuables that can'tbe replaced, they went through everything taking all valuables. How does Federal Storage Respond to our loses now the storage units went UP again. DON'T RENT HERE THEY GO UP EVERY FEW MONTHS.
THEY JUST RESPONDED ALMOST 1 YEAR LATER. SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT QUALITY.

Your website clearly states that I don't need to opt in to getting insurance, but the submit button would not work until I accepted the insurance. The tablet in your office was too large to type quickly and effectively and would constantly lose connection. It would also bug out and not let me submit due to some sort of error but would not provide me the means to fix the error. Also your rate is nearly double comparable storage facilities. If I would have needed a unit for longer than just one month I would never have chosen this one.

UPDATE!! So i have been trying to get a hold of management for 3 weeks now, and no one has got back with me and was hung up on the day before yesterday. About 6 weeks ago i had called about the units not having electricity, also every time i would go to get something out water bugs would come out. So i needless to say i wasn't there for about a month. I went back and my unit was unlocked and a bulb was screwed in and left on. No one had the decency to send me an email to let me know and they left my storage unlocked which I think was very unprofessional. I'm not happy camper and still waiting for someone to get back to me on this.⚠️
There is trash. It doesn't look like anyone does any upkeep on the place , bushes are overgrown, and God forbid you have to use the restroom . It is disgusting, and the light doesn't work. I'm not happy with this establishment

DID NOT MOVE IN. DO NOT WANT THE UNIT. THE UNIT WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED AS A ENCLOSED UNIT NOT A CAGE OPEN FOR EVERYONE TO SEE MY BELONGINGS.

I have storage here and honestly fixing to find another place. There is trash. It doesn't look like anyone does any upkeep on the place , bushes are overgrown, and God forbid you have to use the restroom . It is disgusting, and the light doesn't work. I'm not happy with this establishment

3 years after my first post....We have rented 3 units (10x20's and 10x10's) for the last 3 years and now we pay will be paying $585 per month starting in July. They have increased our prices 4x over the last 2 years and now again they are increasing. It has gotten totally ridiculous how often the prices increase.
