  This store is amazing! So clean and organized. I don't get all the negative comments about Carrie. She was a delight. She helped me so much today when I went in. She helped me find several items and spent a lot of time with her even though they looked a little busy. All of their staff were so friendly. I will definitely be back.

  Rude, unprofessional, and clearly in the wrong line of work. Karrie treated me and other customers with a complete lack of respect, acted annoyed by basic questions, and spoke in a condescending tone like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. She escalated a simple situation with attitude instead of offering help or solutions.
  
  If this is the leadership HomeGoods stands behind, it’s no wonder people walk out empty-handed. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same until they get someone competent in charge.
  
  Sadly, there are many other negative reviews about her yet the store has yet to take action. It’s a matter of time before she upsets the wrong person and her actions are recorded on videotape. Good luck !

  I absolutely adore the store’s organization, especially during Halloween. The pet section is a must-visit, with an incredible variety of options. And let’s not forget the amazing pasta and spices they have! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes the extra mile to keep the store looking its best.
