Delivered my king size bed on time. Since the two delivery men were unable to assemble bed upstairs, (they claimed it wouldn't fit and were afraid to damage my stairwell and walls, which it would have, but been an easy fix for me with a little paint), and so I was credited $40 to use in the store and put it towards anything I wanted. I wanted the matching dresser or side table that goes with the bed, but the AI Katie told me No. She seems like a real person, but its a robot. Alejandra called me and told me sorry, we can't do the free side table but we can give you the credit of what it would cost for assembly which was $40. I carried the giant headboard, baseboards, side boards up my stairs all by MYSELF and assembled my bed by myself and it sure as heck fit just fine. Initially, the men were trying to set my KING SIZE BED in my LIVING ROOM. I was like, umm NO, don't even think about it. Go ahead and leave, and I will handle it. One of the delivery drivers laughed at me and was like Senorita, I have been doing this for many years and that bed will NOT fit up those stairs. For one, its all about angulation and common sense (it did fit because I did it by myself at 150 lb mostly muscle, and 5'7 female), Second, don't ever tell a mother of small children she can't do something. If you tell me I can't do something, or there's nothing to be done, I will make it happen and it only adds more fuel inside of me to make my dreams come true. So, THANK YOU for giving me more inner strength to make my dreams and my babies dream come true because we LOVE the big bed upstairs in mommys room to snuggle! Not in the living room. Come on, thats ridiculous. You don't sleep where you eat, watch tv, cook, clean, relax on the couch, use the restroom. The bed goes in a bedroom for good sleep hygiene. The delivery drivers offered to take it back for a queen, and again I said NO! I want a KING, now, today, tonight, I need and want my bed to sleep on TONIGHT. I don't want a queen. If I wanted a queen small bed I would have bought a tiny queen bed. Thanks, but no thanks.
FIVE STARS for the most sweetest man who sold me my bed. He was so so so caring and patient and kind! I forget his name, but he is a young guy, was understanding and wanted me to find exactly what I needed and wanted for me and my babies. He also tried to get me the best deal possible!

Home Zone is a small business with a manufacturer in Dallas, Texas. I love buying from them because they have competitive prices and I love supporting small businesses. I can go into the store in Burleson, pick out something I love and be out with ease. The employees are very nice, the store is very clean, for your shopping experience they offer free water, coffee or ice cream. I can purchase something for a small monthly payment. I have already purchased a couch, loveseat and a mattress. Really love Home Zone!

Went there with the expectations they wouldnt have exactly what we wanted, Bingo.. did and was in stock. People very friendly. Very fast delivery, guys were quit and quick. Only 1 thing was frt latches weren't hooked togeather. (Small thing). Otherwise very happy with service. Would recommend store highly.

Got my new sleeper sofa. From the moment I walked into Home Zone to the guys that delivered has been nothing but positive and wonderful. My sleeper sofa is put together and very sturdy with the premium mattress. The delivery guys were very thorough and fast at bringing in and setting up to showing me everything.

I really appreciate the staff at home Zon I came in late Sunday evening on Labor Day weekend. Nicole and Katie assisted me. We’re very polite. We’re very knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in very professional really enjoyed the experience. We even stayed until about 9:30 at night they went above and beyond service. I really appreciate all the hard work.
