It is unique, the staff is attentive, the store is clean, the products in order, the fruits and vegetables are beautiful and very good in flavor. Quality natural products. Excellent. And the hallways are wide.

The store is awesome. They have anything and everything you want, the produce section is exceptional,along with the meat,seafood and deli.
If you use the Store app in make your grocery list it will lead you through the store isle buy isle,and if you are having a hard time finding anything all you have to do is ask employee and they will take you to it with a smile on their face,unlike Walmart, where they turn your nose up at you, and keep everything locked behind glass, they will check you out and sack your groceries and do not demand the receipt when you exit the store. I have been shopping at HEB for well over a year now and before they built the one in Mansfield, We drove 34 miles each way to Burleson to do our grocery shopping.I will never go back to Walmart unless it’s for clothes or motor oil.

Love shopping here. Sometimes the online ordering people will blast through the aisles and that's really my only complaint. I usually do online pick up or the delivery they now provide and I am very pleased. I have maybe a handful of times had an issue with my groceries that were picked for me, out of countless pick-ups.
I am a bit disappointed that they suggest high tips amounts for the delivery drivers, especially since they drive the company vehicle and are already paid a fair wage. In an ideal world, I'd love to tip as much as I could but it feels predatory on top of a $7.95 delivery fee.

I'm obsessed with HEB tortillas chips that they make in their bakery along with their tortillas. So many great quality products that other grocery stores just don't put effort into. A great store!

Weird experience at the deli with five or six associates walking around. One came up to the counter looked at me and walked away while still in a conversation with someone in the back. Really could have cared less about me standing there waiting.

I went today and bought a pho soup and was the best decision, honestly the best flavor for an instant soup in a cup, I only added some green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, green chili and carrot bites, simply delicious
