I have found the H-E-B Pharmacy to be quick and efficient most every time. However, my appreciation for their care for customers grew exponentially this past week. After close to two months of rounds with insurance, pharmacy and physician, I was exhausted. I asked to finally speak with the pharmacist and was I provided to Erin. She listened patiently to the history of the problem; and then spent close to 30 minutes with insurance company to resolve it. You might say that's what they are supposed to do. In actuality the physician's office is the one tasked with finding alternatives to a prescription the insurance will not cover. But the assistant at the medical office wasn't having success either. If not for Erin and the staff at H-E-B Pharmacy this would still be an issue, and my blood sugars would continue to be dangerously high. Thank you for caring for us as customers!

the asian lady employee was very rude, customer services sucks, if you're paying in cash make sure you know what you're doing otherwise she will come up to you and ask "can you read???"

I bought this cake today and asked them to write "happy birthday jared" on it. Very disappointed is how it turned out. If I would've known that this is what it was going to look like, I would've done it myself. Please don't offer a service you can't 100% complete.

The service desk doesn't open until 10am. That's ridiculous. Some people like to shop early or return items before work.

Super kind and professional on the phone as well as at the pharmacy!! It was a new prescription and they were quick to fill it.

I drove 3 hours from Oklahoma City to come here. Love it. Great selection on produce and veggies, and Chey at self-checkout was very helpful.

Curbside pick up? Ugggh. Groceries were slinged into our trunk. Fruit boxes were open and fruit scattered everywhere. Items were replaced without approval even AFTER we declined the replacement on the app. Lots of missing items. We saw car after car come and go. We waited 32 minutes before our stuff came out. And we placed our order early in the morning. Come on H E BUTTS do better.

Not maintained at all. No paper towels, no gas mitts, #1 fuel nozzle felt like it was about to lock up.
