Every time I come here in person I am given different information than what I receive over the phone. For example, being told a prescription will be ready at a certain time and day, arriving at that time, and it still not being ready. The drive thru lady is super rude. My husband pressed the button on the outside lane thinking that was standard procedure and even apologized to her when it was our turn and she STILL came back with a snappy response that, “there is only one of her covering both lanes.” We know lady, that is why he is apologizing. She needs to work on her customer service skills. This is not the first time someone has been rude, and that our order isn’t ready when they said it would be. I have also never received a call when a prescription is actually ready, I have to just figure it out on my own by calling. I am tired of this pharmacy not matching the nice service you get in the actual HEB store. We won’t be back.

Hands down, the pharmacy tech, Laura is amazing. Every time I visit, she makes me laugh about something. She's so friendly and efficient! Even if the lines are long, you won't regret your encounter with her :-) Keep slanging the drugs out the window or across the counter Laura, you never know who needed your presence at that very moment. God Bless you.

I love them. I trust and use them for my daughter’s medication‘s. There are just some good people working people right there and they never are rude to me no matter how many questions I have about my daughters medications which use to be a lot…they take there time to explain and repeat which I greatly appreciate.

Ready to give up and transfer all of my prescriptions to CVS! I take a specific diabetic medication and every month they put it on hold due to some prescription code they need again and again! I have called my doctor and all is in order, but when I call these clowns they claim they haven’t received anything from my doctor. So who are the ones lying ? Seems obvious they are just lazy.

I cannot brag on this pharmacy enough. My child tested positive for the flu and his doctor sent in tamiflu to Walgreens (our usual pharmacy). They were out of stock and weren’t sure when they would get more in. I called HEB and spoke to Margaret in the pharmacy. She was so incredibly helpful. She told me she would call Walgreens and get my child’s script sent over to them and get the medication filled by 6:00pm. She called me personally at 5:45pm to let me know it was ready for pick up. I haven’t had this kind of experience with a pharmacy ever!!!! I am so impressed!!!!!! Thank you HEB!

Ive been coming here for a little while. Everything has been fine. I places a refill request on the automated system two days ago, and i went on the app to check status and nothing was there so I requested it to be refilled on the app. It was still pending past the pick up time i called. A very rude lady told me it was on manufacture back order and they didnt know when and if they were getting it in. I asked why i hadn’t received a call in two days about this because i was leaving out of town in the morning and its not a medication im supposed to just stop. I was rudely told that “we have thousands of patients and do not have the time to call everybody when their prescriptions doesnt come in” and when i just responded with “ok” she slammed the phone down on me.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Why have 2 drive thru lanes if same person running both? 30 min to an hour EVERY time we pick up or drop off.

This pharmacy is amazing! It’s difficult for me to get out, and their delivery option is so efficient! Lakin (spelling) a technician, is so sweet. She interacts like you are part of the family. This pharmacy isn’t Walgreens or CVS….they are so much better! Transfer your prescriptions and try them! ☺️ Amy (tech) is also awesome and there is a guy (don’t know his name) that’s fantastic as well. I’ve read reviews about slow pickup lines and prescriptions taking longer to fill. They alert you by text messages (if you are signed up), and it’s never failed. I’ve worked in pharmacy years ago…and understand the incredibly difficult job to fill the number of prescriptions that they fill. If the drive thru line is too long, go in and pick it up…or better yet, have it delivered. Pharmacists and technicians need our appreciation and empathy. We couldn’t do without them.?
