This place is a scam. They do not sell you what you ask for and will do anything to make money. Today my family and I went in to purchase some 4K movies. They could not find the correct discs and switched it with the blu-ray version and immediately ran my card before allowing me to see the disc. Upon walking out I wanted to check the quality of the disc and realized that it was not what I paid for. I immediately walk back in and explain that this is not what I asked for/purchased and the man that completed the transaction rudely said "Sorry no refunds" and shrugged off the issue as if he didn't just scam me. Will not be spending any more of my time or money here.

RUN BY SCAMMERS! The employee knowingly put only Blu-ray Discs in my 4k cases and I wasn’t given a chance to look at them until after I paid. After paying when I realized he didn’t give me the 4k Discs I was told they don’t do refunds and I can only get in store credit. I will never be shopping here again.

Previously have had a decent experience here, however, today we went in and purchased three 4K movies. The guy searches and searches for the disc's, and then goes back to the aisles and comes back and rings them up.
We immediately check the discs and realize there are only blue rays inside the cases. We tell the guy and he says, sorry, only store credit it's on the receipt.... um you just deceived and cheated us.
Be very careful of what you are being charged for!

Always has a ton of neat stuff the only issue I have is the store is very dirty and disorganized they have way too much stuff in the figure section and you have to worry about tripping over stuff

I called ahead of time and the lady said the games I acquired about were available. After arriving, multiple games I wanted weren't available even though the cases were on the shelf. One game that I picked out was available, but she wouldn't sell it because it wasn't in the computer system.. they don't show discs, just shove it in a case and send you on your way. All were heavily scratched (still ran fine). Weird way of conducting business.

Know what you're looking for and need before you go. There is an employee there who doesn't have a clue about gaming. When you combine him with someone like myself with a new system, I just believed him until I got home and called my daughter. They should only employ people who know gaming.

Love this store and venture to it every chance I can... they have great products and their prices are exquisite! Lol! The staff is nice as hell, but the store could use some better organization... I'm always viewing the ca cabinets at the counter for device of all kinds, but usually there's someone there getting checked out and its hard go distinguish the prices of items because thier layout display. Either place like items together are give a shelved layout so product and be seen. Some items are hidden from view and this store has GREAT inventory!

If I could give half of 1 star I would. Went and bought an IPhone there today (brand new in the box-according to the sale rep). Not even an hour later decided it’s too small and wanted to return it. One sale rep tells us “yeah you can get a refund” the other then proceeds to say “no there’s no refunds”.
The manager or whoever she is literally tells the rep that the best they can do is have us resell the phone back to them (we would only get $100 when we paid $300 for it). NOWHERE in the store does it say store policy is no refunds.
