I came in April for just a lifetime alignment and oil change and I had repeatedly told them not to roll down my driver side front windows cause something was broke so it wouldn’t go back up. As I waited 3hours with only one person in front of me and watching the person working on my car sit down to smoke multiple times and for Tommy to still roll my window down and when I tried leaving they thought I wouldn’t noticed that they scratched my tint!!! I as of today finally got it fixed after waiting forever and having to make appointments myself to get someone else to fix my tint. I definitely will NOT ever be coming back. They don’t listen, they take longer then they need to, and they don’t have any care for there customers!Services: Tires

I came in because my AC was blowing hot. They told me that I need a new AC compressor and condenser. I agreed to it. Well they said it would be ready in a few days but ended up ordering the wrong part. This ended up costing me a few days at work but eventually they fixed the AC.3 weeks later I was about to get on the highway with standstill traffic. I decided to turn off the highway to avoid the traffic jam. As I was going down the side street, the AC began to blow hot again and I heard a loud noise from the compressor area. I took it to a different firestone near my apartment. They told me that the Burleson store did not install it correctly. They should installed it with a AC kit but didn't. Therefore, it damaged the rest of the parts. So far so good at the new store but we will see how my AC acts in a couple months. The staff at the Burleson store is incompetent and not organized and don't believe them when they will have your car ready. I would recommend taking this elsewhere as it's a gamble if they will fix your car properly. I usually don't write many reviews but this annoyed me so much. People need their car in America to get to work and you are costing people time and money when you can't produce a service on time and correctly. They seem like they just don't care and want to milk you for every dollar. You have been warned.Service: Air conditioning

Went here for a state inspection. Had to wait in a line of only one person in front of me for 20 minutes. Finally got to the counter for David to tell me it will be a short wait before they have my inspection finished. 45 minutes later, he calls me back to the counter to run my card. But doing so before telling he failed my car due to no muffler. The car is obviously loud on startup. My issue is that he waisted over an hour of my time, and my money. When you could have not done the inspection to begin with. I was beyond upset. This is poor business practice. But not new for a Firestone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.Service: Exhaust

They refused to service my vehicle, told me they needed to do $3000 worth of work before they could do it. Avoid this place like the plague.

Second attempt today for a tire repair to get a patch job on a nail in the rear tire. But, after being told yesterday they were out of patches but would have some the next day, I returned today and was told they did not get any patches in.I told the woman working the register I had a tire in the back of my vehicle and asked if, instead of patching the damaged tire, could they just mount that tire on the rim, and I could come back at a later time to patch the nail damage once they did get some patches in stock. She asked if the replacement tire was brand new with sticker, and I told her it was not, but had very low miles on it. She said in that case they could not mount it because “they” (the corporate They) have become pretty particular about not mounting used tires. It seems laughable they will pull a used tire off your car, one with drive wear and actual nail damage, and that tire can be repaired and re-mounted despite the shop not knowing if it was originally new or used, but knowing it has damage history…yet they cannot mount a tire just because it cannot be proven to be new, (but which, had they taken 10 seconds to look at it, would have appeared in far better shape than the other tire with the nail damage). So, we have a tire service center that fails to keep an inventory of patches to fix tires and won’t mount anything not new. A cynic might assume they simply attempt to force you to buy an overpriced tire from them.I may have rated them simply a 2 based on this experience, but also noteworthy here is that this was the second time I brought my wife’s vehicle to this location. First time was fir an oil change and a diagnostics…they told me my battery was leaking…which turned out to be false, while at the same time not correctly diagnosing a failing radiator fan. The impact of both visits compels the 1-star rating.Others have found better experiences, while several have shared a similar service level to mine. Bring your business here if you like. It will be my last attempt at going here, and i’d recommend them to no one.Services: Tires

They fixed my car, no problem. It was more of a customer service issue. I waited 5 hours for them to change my oil and tell me they could not inspect my car bc I had just changed my battery. Right across the street is a sign for a 5 minute oil change, what irony. So they made me pay for the inspection even though I did not pass so I had no choice, but to come back unless I wanted to pay another inspection fee. I scheduled an appointment online to hope not to wait another 5 hours. When I arrived they told me they could not accept state inspection appointments, to put it mildly, I was upset. So after two days and over 6 hours spent I got 1 oil change, 1 state inspection, and 1 new tire. I won’t be going back, my time is too important.

I just had an inspection done. Nothing major but the customer service was good so I'll be back when I need new tires.

I was quoted a price for lifetime alignment then when my wife showed up the doubled the price . Won't be going back there ever again. Needless to say very poor company to do business with. I do not recommend anybody using them

I have taken my vehicle to several different Firestone locations including one out of state, for many years. I started using the Burleson location when it first opened as it is the closest one to me now. These guys have ALWAYS treated me rightIt doesn't matter where anyone goes to get their vehicle serviced or repaired there will always be somebody who is not happy and leave a bad review so I take them with a grain of salt. Tommy and the gang will always have my business.

Took a long time for having an appointment. Online price was different also. Not by a lot but 50bucks matters

I have waited to calm down before writing this review. But want others to know this place will not stand behind their work. DO NOT GO HEREI brought my vehicle in for a rear brake pad change and rotor resurfacing in October before a long trip to CO. This was the vehicles first brake change. Firestone assured me that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Key word is WORK, not just the parts. From day one the brakes squealed in reverse, I thought maybe it just needed time to settle in. They never stopped, but life with two kiddos is busy and my wife and I both work. Knowing it was warrantied for a year, we returned several months later and informed them that the squealing had never stopped. They took the vehicle and told me they would call me with results and do an inspection for me.When they called, they informed me the pads were bad, and that the rotors would need to be replaced for several hundred dollars because there was not enough material to resurfaced. When I told them I should not have to pay, because they job was warrantied, the woman on the phone said that they were not going to pay for the rotors to be replaced. I asked why, since they had not been working right from the start. To which she replied, well how are we supposed to know that? You should have brought the vehicle in when you first noticed it.It should not matter if its 5 days of 5 months. If you are giving your word that the job will last a year, Firestone. You darn well better make sure that your customers don't have to come in and spend additional money to have the job done a second time.Service: Brakes

Very helpful and friendly. When I explained my situation, they were more than willing to help find the best way to get me back on the road safely. Work is always quality and can be trusted. They don't try to take advantage of customers.

Had to get new tires. Had front end alignment done 6 months ago and still my car still pulls. Took it back for the 3rd time to find out only the dealer can do an alignment on my car. So the 1st 2 I went to lied and took my money for a service that was never done. But the young lady at the 3rd Firestone told us the truth. So not sure why they lied and stole from us. Called the original Firestone who us the lifetime alignment that they can never do. Still waiting on a call. So my husband will be calling corporate to get our money back.

I arrived for service for my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle I realized my key was broken the management meat understood the issue accepted the responsibility and took care of the issue giving me a resolution in minutes. I was surprised and shocked that I didn't have to argue and they never once hinted that they doubted or thought that I was lying about the issue not being my fault. Most places you have to explain multiple times and argue but they quickly accepted responsibility and fixed the issue thank you to Frank and the other two gentlemen at the front end. I appreciate how I was treated.
