I brought my car in at 7 AM to have it inspected, as I wasn't sure what was wrong. Brandon thoroughly examined my vehicle, explained the issues to me, and fixed them. What really impressed me was his kindness and professionalism.

Slow service just for an inspection. Multiple people standing around doing nothing while waiting for inspection. Took over an hour with no warning of wait time.

Setup appointment for 2pm. Got there at 150. 25 minutes just to get my info in the computer. Car sat there for another hour while the staff ate their lunch. At 310 I gave up and asked for my keys. Why schedule an appointment at all? Why put everyone on lunch at the same time? I want my time back.

I took my car in for an oil leak that I was convinced came from a recent oil change from one of thier competitors. Even though Firestone did not do the original work, they searched to find the cause of the leak and took care of it for me. It would’ve been easy for them to say sorry take it back to the other place, but they didn’t. You took care of my problem and for NO WHERE NEAR the amount I was expecting to pay.

I HIGHLY recommend Firestone on Wilshire in Burleson, Tx. We were passing through on our way to Corpus Christi from Chandler, Ok. We had one tire blow and another one on the verge. They explained the issue but didn’t have the tires we needed. Knowing we couldn’t wait two- three days for tires to come in, they went above and beyond and found someone who had the tires we needed. Refreshing to see integrity in a business these days. Thank you guys for your hard work. It is greatly appreciated

MOST AWFUL experience I've ever had in any automotive shop. 3 hours I was there when I had an appointment for a simple A/C check. Very long story short, they wanted to charge me $294 when the mechanic told me everything was checked and looked good other than a little freon. The mechanic was good, the manager was terrible and tried to make me feel stupid when I let him know that what he was saying did not make any sense. Other customers had issues with them and ppl in the waiting room were shaking their heads at what was happening, 1 even left! I walked out paying the original $20, in tears, and shaking because I was so flabbergasted and upset. Will not ever return. Steer clear y'all.
