Went to drop off a return for Amazon. I showed the young girl (wish I got her name) and asked if she could print the label. She said yes. Then took my phone saying the WiFi needed to be turned off. She actually went into my settings and started doing it. I asked what she was doing, then noticed she was emailing the label to the store email. I told her that I could do it myself. She started talking about how it’s easier to “just do it for people”. Then stated some people don’t know how to do things. Well, I’m 61 and used to work for Apple. Told her she shouldn’t assume older people can’t handle technology. That’s it is rude and disrespectful to just assume. Won’t be going back. Not even an apology. 😒

This location has always been 5 stars for me, however, after today's interaction with Kalena just a few minutes ago (4:41pm) that is no more. I'm leaving this while still on property in my car. I walked in to mail a package and Kalena asked if I was dropping off, to which I replied, no, I needed to mail my package. Before I could set the box, down she's already barking out orders, telling me to press no on the keypad, and asking for my ID. I set the package down, pressed the no, handed her my DL and she says I can't start until you press continue, I press continue or agree to the terms, the entire time 0 eye contact, monotone voice, not one salutation nor a thank you after I pressed the key pad and handed her my DL. So I have my hand out to receive my DL back and she by passes my hand and places it on the counter, I smiled and said thank you. So she starts spouting off the costs as if its an auction and starts off with the cheapest first opposed to asking me when I needed my package to reach its destination. I asked for clarity and repeated what I thought I heard because again she ran through them like an auctioneer. She takes a deep sigh as if I did something wrong and gave me the price for Saturday deliver (that's what I needed clarity on) the only reason I gave her 2 stars opposed to 1 is because I believe she realized how rude she was being. I come here because it's convient and I'm always treated nicely, however, after today I'll gladly pay more and go to the UPS Store right around the corner of here.

The manager here is amazing. He goes above and beyond. I had package packed by a family member and they forgot an important label. The manager held my box for me so I was able to go get it and helped me get it attached. He was super patient and understanding and wasn't upset at all unlike going to UPS. I love this store specially and the current staff.

The visit itself was just to pick up my poster, but it went great. The team member that helped me with checking the quality of my poster and checking out was awesome- not overbearing and considering how frazzled I was about my whole experience, she was extremely kind and understanding. The poster was as good as it could be considering the last minute circumstances, so I can't complain. I especially want to highlight the team member that helped me over the phone. I don't remember her name, but she was so thorough and understanding and proactive, I truly wouldn't have handled this last minute printing h*ll without her help. I can't recommend this office enough. Thanks for what y'all did for me!
