Zero stars! They called me to tell me they had no vehicle for me available the night before. I called that morning to confirm they had one and canceled my reservation somewhere else. Customer service is no help escalation department are no help. I needed to leave for a funeral and drove to many locations wi5h no help. NEVER BOOK ENTERPRISE

Do yourself a favor and use a different rental company. They are extremely unprofessional with absurd wait times and will lie to you about how long it will take to receive your car. I was in there for an hour waiting after they told me 15 mins. They never answer the phone and if you ask to speak a manger chances are that will not be happening. Just an all around headache.

I rented a car for a work conference that was 3 hours away. I made a reservation to have them pick me up from my home because I was without a car and although they were 30 minutes late to come get me based on my appointment, the driver was very nice and he got me to enterprise safely. When I walked into the building. I was greeted, and they checked me in and told me that they would have a car for me shortly. Almost an hour went by before I finally got walked out to my rental car. They were short staffed, and they did give me an upgrade for the inconvenience. I was supposed to get a Toyota Corolla and instead, they had me in a Chevy Malibu. My experience once I got the car was fine. It drove smooth and I did not have any issues with it on the way to my conference or on the way back. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was greeted when I walked in and they immediately came out and walked the vehicle. They asked me how my service was, I advised the employee that I had to wait quite a bit of time to get a car even though I had an appointment which caused me to miss a meeting for work. In order to compensate me for that, they sent me a coupon that will allow me to upgrade my next rental vehicle. I have rented many vehicles from enterprise in the past and I will continue rent vehicles through enterprise. I will just leave myself a little bit more wiggle room next time I need to get back to work on time.

Gabe and his team were AWESOME I wish I remembered everyone's name. All were very professional and super nice I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes! Thank you guys!!

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I showed up to get the full size car that I had reserved. They took all my information and uploaded it, this process took 30 minutes. After it was uploaded a women walked over and said she had a Truck, Mini Van, or a Compact Car. I told here that is not what I reserved, a gentlemen piped in saying that the person taking the reservations doesn't know what they have in stock (you could tell he was ready for an argument by his tone). WHAT? Why is that person taking reservations then? Also, why did you not tell me in the beginning once you put my name in the system. Instead you kept me there taking my information down assuming I would accept what you had.

lets start this out by saying it started out fantastic. Then we get a call asking us to return the car 4 days after we were supposed to. (No one gave us a return date, Insurance didn't tell us and the guy on the phone said, "I'm the only one doing the insurance so I'm sorry) you expect someone to pay when y'all messed up. i do not have an issue paying if it was my fault, but again, we not told a return date by insurance nor the people at Enterprise. Maybe a call the day before or day of but 4 days after so we rack up more days to make you money? That's some pretty shady business. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.

I would definitely avoid this place. Honestly some of the worst experience from beginning to end. I had scheduled a pick up time for someone to pick me up from where my car was being repaired a week prior. They had arrived an hour after caliber informed them I was ready. Once we got to enterprise I was originally advised it would be a 30 min wait while they finish getting the cars ready. This turned into 4 hours. No exaggeration. The staff was mostly nice and I understand a lot of it is out of their control but I’m disappointed in their organization and transparency with times and along with something else. When I did finally get the car we were signing everything and this taller gentleman with blond/brown hair was going over all the details. We had concluded that my insurance would be held responsible should anything happen to the vehicle which is what I had agreed too since I wouldn’t want any other additional charge that wouldn’t have been refunded to me. A week or so after getting the car I receive a call and we go over some information and I find that I was signed up for this damage waiver and that’s something that was never explained. It unfortunately turns into he said she said situation. They NEVER mentioned this or went over this yet their representative claims they did. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue with them and was promised someone would reach out to try and resolve this but no one has.
