“We moved to Burleson May of 2023. Every time I’ve had cause to visit this location, we’ve been helped by Chris and I can’t rave enough about how knowledgeable, kind, & helpful he’s been. Sometimes having phone issues can be frustrating but with Chris’ help there’s no stress to be had. He makes you feel like there’s nothing he can’t handle or help you to take care of taking away any frustration you may have had before arriving in his care. Someone needs to make this guy a manager or even regional director of some kind because if everyone treated customers like he does there wouldn’t be any customers complaining about service!! Thanks Chris for always being so spunky and having such a warm greeting smile!! He’s the only person I want To work with coming to this location because I know Every time I have To go in, I’m getting the most professional service TMobile has to offer!! If Chris ever left this location I would happily drive the extra miles knowing I’ll continue to have exceptional service!! You ROCK CHRIS!!”
“The male associate fixed my new Samsung s24 ultra to where the color was absolutely beautiful. I had to take it in 3 times with no success on color correction. However, the last male associate was able to fix it and I don't have to return the phone. The photos are as beautiful as iPhone pictures. No regrets!”
“This GameStop has been great! Any hard to find or sold out games we immediately go to GameStop. The store associates are always friendly, the majority of them are able to tell you about every game in the store.If you want a clean store with a knowledgeable staff then look no further than the Burleson GameStop…..”

“One stop shopping for all your collectible and gaming needs. Great place for gifts, for your family and friends or when you want to treat yourself. Definitely prefer shopping online at their site versus going in to their stores due to the size of most brick and mortar locations.”

“I feel like they think I’m a liar because I told them I’d write a review and have yet too. I came up there I want to say the night of January 5th. And I completely forgot his and her name. But they helped me get my own account and sign into max and everything. They were wonderful! If I knew their name I’d put it in this. But it was a youngish looking guy with tattoos that was talking to me about his mom when I was ranting about my ex (also thank you for listening) and it was a girl!! Thank y’all yall are amazing!!!”
“They fixed my phone for me in just minutes when the first store I went to wasn't able to fix it. I don't remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was super nice and even explained some things that ultimately helped me save a lot of time and money. This will definitely be my go to store moving forward”

“This is the closest one to where we live so I stop in when i need things that I dont want to have to drive further to get. This location including the parking lot is always clean and organized. They have a few checkers but for the most part its self-checkout which I am not a big fan of. The prices are decent but a little higher than your local Wal-Mart but they have better options. Starbucks is located inside and it is usually super busy but nice to have the option.”

“Great employees and management, had a problem with an xbox that I had bought and they went out of their way to work with me and make things right, a much better experience than buying one from Game X Change or Gamestop. I highly recommend this store and it will always be worth the extra money for the peace of mind warranty on electronics.”

“I just went in today to get the in home wifi and I'm not eligible but i was told to check back in like a week or two to see if they added my address to the service grid. she was so nice and patient very talkative and friendly I'm glad I stopped by instead of going to one on the way home. I even got a hotspot setup till I'm eligible for the in home wifi definitely the best metro store I have ever been into. Deff driving all the way from Venus Texas to this location to do business again”
