Tow truck showed up and stated he was ordered by bank to get my car. Payments have been made, I've contacted my lawyer and currently looking into this after seeing all other reviews. Your a crook .

I had my transmission go out on me and I took it to the dealership. They said they were gonna get it fixed. They had it for six weeks and never did anything about it then I called them and they were rude but told me what I needed to do to get it fixed. Turns out the warranty that they sold me was BS so the warranty company can’t cover the cost of my transmission and Ernesto said that he would try to help me pay for it, but I’ve been calling them and to no surprise. They are not answering their phone. It has been now almost 4 months without my truck because I was waiting on empty promises

I don’t know what’s going on but I know I wish him and is family the best of luck. I have purchased a dozen vehicles for my family here. And I have had a couple dozen friends buy as well. Of course this is over the last ten years. Either way that doesn’t matter. I’m currently waiting for plates. But t hats all on my end. I bought my truck back in July and have had zero issues. I just hope all is well and he can get back to work.

The guy didn’t pay off my truck. Now they’re threatening repo and has sent me a letter stating they’re placing insurance on the truck. I’ve called and called and texted and texted with absolutely no correspondence. His restaurant went out of business and most likely his dealership too. He is not paying off the vehicle. Stay WAY clear of this fraud. He has no intentions of paying off my vehicle

We purchased a ford from Ernesto, and how I am grateful I was able to get into a vehicle that would pull my camper I have had nothing but problems
With it since I drove off the lot, things weren’t fixed as promised, and there’s more damage than good. We have still yet to get our plates, or another temporary tag.
I have filed a complaint with the state and I suggest anyone else getting bad business from them do the same. Maybe they will stop and take into consideration the people they are doing wrong.

Traded in two vehicles in and purchased two others from them. One vehicle has yet to be paid off and the other one does not have license plates yet. We purchased from them in MAY 2024. Please do your homework as I wish I did. My patience is wearing thin and I’m not getting ANY response from the owner.

These people are frauds, they sold me a truck that still had a note on it. The previous owners never got paid, and now I am loosing a truck because previous owner wants it back.

Before the owner might say I'm a scam or whatever , let me clear no I never did business with this guy however my friend did and I will say everyone needs to run my friend and his family got truck and they call credit financial place 30 days and this man lie to them about the vehicle they got, this guy keep saying he would fix the problem and let his buddy to work on vehicles the man might say he is a good guy and there a different being good guy and doing business and my friend still has problems with his truck remind everyone the cool temperature still doing what it was doing when they first got it nothing changed and this guy charging them 20,000.00 for a broken truck. Bro you should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage on my friend. Take your cars to someone that will make it better not a guy that doesn't know what he doing, bc of you my friend is struggling you have cost him a job and he being late to work bc you didn't want to do your job right and gave them something bc you know that you are safe because the state law about used vehicles and State of Texas needs to do something about people like this so y'all need to run and go somewhere else

Horrible customer service I'd give them a 0 if Google would allow. They have had our Truck that we are still paying on since Aug 10th today is September 18th they have it in the service shop thru the warranty purchased through them.With nothing but empty promises and refusing all calls. Not responding to voice mail and always giving a false date that it will be completed when finally confronted. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! How do you expect a person to get to work to pay a note when you are keeping their only vehicle hostage?????Again HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I have bought two motorcycles,a car and a truck from here and received gracious treatment and no nonsense help. They didn't over or up sale,they saw what I could honestly and comfortably afford in payments and in overall price and helped put me in not only something I liked but could afford without stretching thin. Will definitely deal with them in whatever vehicle matters I have.
