Only pharmacy I've dealt with that runs out of a very common medication and acts like it's not concerning. Prescription should have been filled two days ago and nothing.

Don't be in the pharmacy line at 1:30 because they close for lunch and can't take a couple minutes for a pickup. One of the main reasons I've moved the prescriptions we can to another pharmacy, lack of customer service in the pharmacy

This location has made multiple medication errors. One that could have harmed our small child. Check the dosage and everything with what your doctor prescribed.

Tyrell (sorry if I misspelled your name) the head pharmacist was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what I was looking for and he helped me for 15 minutes find the best product I could. He was very knowledgeable and kind.

I struggle with ptsd and intense anxiety and depression. It’s already hard enough to get out and go get my meds in the first place. And the people working in the pharmacy make it 100% worse. There are so many other cvs pharmacies in Burleson so please do yourself a favor and just get your stuff called in to any of those other ones if it just has to be cvs.

Had the worst experience with this pharmacy I have used CVS for decades and this pharmacy really needs to get training. Cuz the Nigerian pharmacist is terrible and then the assistant pharmacy the Asian one has a horrible attitude. Prepaid for meds and she didn’t help me whatsoever . Didn’t even try to help just said I already told you what to do. Which was call corporate like did you forget your job?? The manager of this was no help either very disappointing. Talk to their district manager and I hope they get the training they need specially the assistant pharmacist. She is horrible.

I have not always shopped at CVS, but with the Care Care I am finding very good prices on the items that I purchase and use regularly. I would encourage anyone to check them out, you will be pleasantly surprised. I was!!!

Lost prescription then pharmacist was rude and refused to look for it and lost prescription of lady behind me told her to come back in 2 hours. This pharmacist is a joke will be moving my prescriptions to a better pharmacy!

I was greeted as I entered, and asked if I could be directed to a certain product. I showed her my list and she escorted me there to the 3-4 that I needed. It was an amazing show of customer service that is rarely seen today. I was very impressed.

Had purchased a few items
One being a manicure nail grinder
I literally opened the container and a piece of metal came out of it
I bought it at a different location
I had my receipt
Cashier couldn’t figure out how to check out the folks in front of me
Had to redo the transaction multiple times
When she got to me
She said she had to scan it to see if it was discounted or on clearance
I said it may have been on sale but the receipt is here and what I paid for
When requesting a refund I’ve never heard of giving the person the amount back that they paid for it
And I worked registers and catalog departments in main department stores
She stated she wasn’t sure if she’d need a manager or not
I’m concerned ?♀️?♀️

Store was clean and employees friendly. Shelves weren’t stocked though. Was out of multiple things I went in there for.

Stopped in to load a prepaid Mastercard. Stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before Mistelle came over with the sense if urgency that can only be described as non-existant. I received no greeting, no hello, no how are you. Just a deer in the headlights look waiting for me to talk. I found this odd due to the fact she is actually a manager there. After the reload process didn't work, I asked her to try it again. That seemed to be a HUGE inconvenience for her. Enough to say "I'm not going to try it again if if it doesn't work this time." Another error happened and I left. I checked my account however and my account showed the money had indeed been loaded. I wanted to make sure Mistelle wasn't on the hook for $500 that showed loaded on my card so I went back into the store. When she saw me, she immediately said "I told you I'm nogoing to try this again." I stated #1 youre being rude and secondly, Im coming in to show you what my account says. After refreshing my account, everything was back to normal. I guess my biggest complaint is...you have someone in a supervisory position who is rude and was going out of their way to be an a**hole. That's a person you trust to be an example to other employees. Not only do I typically reload a card there, I shop there regularly. Not anymore.

What happened to this pharmacy? They screw up almost every time! You have to pay close attention to what you get or you will have problems with your insurance!
