I want to start by saying thank you for the service you provide.Concentra has been working with my company for years. I will be speaking for myself.2 years ago I was sent to do a sleep study. I failed to do so. My doctor also advised me to get my weight under control due to me being pre-diabetic. For the past year I have been eating right and working out consistency. My weight was 349lbs last year and I am down to 260lbs and dropping. I spoke to my doctor 1 month ago and he stated I was no longer pre-diabetic, to keep staying consistentwith my diet. It has not been easy.The doctor at your clinic told me I passed my physical but still needed a sleep study. I don't understand. My neck size was under 18in and my blood pressure was better than normal and has been for months now. I need my medical card so I can keep working. I'm sorry to say I will be going else where to get my annual physical so I can provide for my family. I do not have the time or the luxury to do a sleep study at the time. I need my certification.It was frustrating to sit at your clinic for over 3hrs just to be told there was a notification on file that would provent me from getting my DOT certification. It would have been nice to get the notification before I received a full physical and told I passed, but i needed to get a sleep study done. Needless to say I was not able to get my 2 year medical card through your company.In the future it would be appreciated, when and if someone is flagged for any reason, they should be told before waiting and denied their medical certification.I understand your company has guide lines. I will not be using your company for my DOT physicals in the future. Thank you for the service you provide.

My company had us do TB testing through concentra this year for the first time. They close at 5pm. I arrived at 4:40 to have the first part of my TB test performed. The two ladies at the front desk just stared at me. I stated my purpose for being there and both of them said “we close at 5”. Then one said “she’s not going to like that you’re here so late” “she won’t be happy” Being a nurse I know that a tb test takes less than 3 min. I handed them my paperwork from my company and she handed it right back to stating “we can’t take this”. I had to call my company and get my boss on the phone for these ladies to set up my TB test. When I finally got back to where the nurse was it was 1657. She told me no less than five times that they close at 5. She performed the first part of the TB test. I’ve been nursing since 2009, so I’ve had several TB tests performed. None of which have hurt nor bruised me. This employee did both. When I was leaving she, as well as the front two ladies, made sure to tell me once again that they close at 5. The only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one is because the lady that read the test was very kind and professional.

Very irresponsible and disrespectful workers were speaking badly of the other patients and were making fun of the patients treated, very unprofessional, I took a physical test and I hurt my fingers with the weights and I let him know and he told me no one has complained, the materials that they have are old and obsolete, they are not suitable

I hate giving reviews because it's an extra chore & my time is valuable to me. That being said, these people are deserving of a good review. They got me in & out for a random DOT drug test in about a half hour. They saved me so much time compared to the last DOT drug test, that I'm willing to donate a few minutes of my time & do this positive review for their benefit. If you have to do a DOT drug test this is the best place to get it done. I was able to park my semi way out in front of their office at the big strip mall, left a note in the window & nobody bothered my truck. I was back in my truck & gone in less than an hour. ???

I believe they need more staff. 5 hours for a drug screen and hearing test is a little bit of a wait. Overall they got the job done but you can expect a long wait when visiting.
