I have been banking with Chase for years. But different ones, and never helped by any staff. This branch is different. I have received personalized care. Jessica Davis has been making my life easier, and provides an old-fashioned level of service, that nowhere gives anymore. She has gone out of her way to help me find the right accounts, and save the most money. I moved away from Burleson, but will continue to drive here. It's unusual these days, and truly appreciated.

I have multiple business accounts with them. Every time I call, it’s nearly impossible to get Anybody To pick up and when I finally do get a hold of somebody, they take my phone number and name down and the business accountant doesn’t even call me back.I decided to call Crowley chase And they picked up immediately, took my name and number and their business accountantgave me a call back in a timely manner and handled everything I needed to get done.Step it up, Burleson.

Rude telllersLife is short, be niceOne year later and this is still a terrible bank. No help, as in no one at this bank can help! Time to switch banks. And they are calling me routinely to ask me what they can do for me? What a terrible place.Can I change this to zero stars?

If I could give a 0 star I would.I went here to inquire about opening a business checking account. They had me speak with a representative. During my interaction with her, this is what happened:Me: Hi, I'm ________. I'm looking for information about opening a business checking account.Her: Great. (provides information).Me: Okay, thank you for this information. I'm just looking at banks around the area to see which one is best for me.Her: Sure thing. Is there anything else I can do for you?Me: No, that will be all. Thank you for your help.Her: You're welcome. Mr. ______ how do you say your last name again?Me: I pronounce it again.Her: Oh you mean like cantar?Me: Yes, that is similar.Her: "Well maybe next time you come in, you will have somebody that speaks your language".Let me add, I'm only fluent in English.My initial reaction to this was being caught off guard and disbelief that this was said to me. I left thinking did she really just say that?I wasn't sure if I should share it, but after thinking more about it, do NOT bank here!

I was in the physical Chase Bank for an hour and a half. Problems need to be solved and not kicked down the road. I had to call the customer service line and some guy from India helped me. I will be leaving Chase soon.

Deposited $500 cash using in store ATM and received an error that transaction did not work. Teller said she could not help and to call number on receipt which I did. They stated no record from machine and nothing they could do. Reported to branch and no help either. Very frustrating.

This place makes me hate I moved to Chase. I'm glade my experience at another branch was much better. Tellers don't know policy and have a bad attitude when you ask them to do for you what another branch has always done. I guess I'll be going back to Bank of America after all.

Apparently “Jessica” is the only person able to do anything at this branch. I was trying to open an account and another customer who needed help were turned away because “Jessica was on vacation.” Disappointed

I've been using this branch for some years now and have never had a problem. They are always polite and friendly to me. The manager will even jump in and try to help if needed. Hell, I've even gotten a compliment on my sweater from one of the tellers. These people are just out there, at a job, trying to be as nice as possible to all of the jerks they probably see day in and day out. I know they've seen a few because I've seen them myself while waiting in line. Maybe it's not the staff that are the problem, eh?

Walked in to open a business account and the the banker was friendly but said she was the only one there and I basically would have to wait until Friday (when there would only be one time that wouldn’t work for me since I had to pick up my kids) or later since o didn’t have an appointment. Every bank I’ve ever done business with has been able to help me immediately. I walked in ready to open a business account with a substantial amount and they just didn’t have the time to help me so I will look elsewhere. There was also no one waiting or even being helped so I thought it was weird they didn’t have at least two bankers on hand so they could’ve taken a walk in. It was 9AM so not like it was on the middle of lunch or anything. It seems like being understaffed is a common issue looking at the reviews.
