Went in to look and seen a omega sea master watch , when I asked the price it was a thousand some bucks, they wouldn’t go lower than $900, upon starting to purchase this find, and looking closer at the watch, I discovered it was a fake.A ‘knockoff “ on line is only $250 - $300 at most,Prices are high and no negotiation at this location, and I would highly suggest that you check the authenticity of anything you buy hereBecause of this I will never purchase anything from this location again.I did previously buy a pink coach purse and wallet at this location for someone for $160 only to discover that coach purses are only $250 at Dillards then to top it off the wallet is fake and the purse as well.I was never informed that any of these products were knockoffsBE WARNED

This is the trashiest place in Burleson! The Hispanic laidy that I’m guessing owns it (by her attitude) has such a bad attitude just naturally no provocation needed! Ive never seen someone act so badly who works in customer service! If your white buying a gun and willing to be demeaned by miserable joke of a customer service employee this is the store for you! This place should be shut down! If you hate your life and are that miserable don’t work around the public!

I needed some immediate cash and after a week of stress, anxiety and pulling in and out of their parking lot to pawn a couple of pieces of jewelry I FINALLY got the guts to visit this store. My experience was perfect! Thank you Charles for your great customer service.

I used to love this place. But lately their pricing is getting out of control. They had a weed eater for sale for 20 dollars OVER what it cost BRAND NEW. I showed them the listing at Home Depot. These people looked me dead in the eye and said “I can save you the tax”. I can go buy it new, with tax and still save 4 bucks over their used one AND get manufacture warranty.If they have any like new / hardly used items, they’re 10-20 bucks cheaper than what you can buy things new for. Sorry, but I’ll spend the extra 20 and get a receipt and manufacture warranty. It’s taken the fun out of pawn shopping since cash America or whatever it is bought all these places out. They’ve ruined it.

Luis gave me a very fair price, they were recommended by a local gun shop, now I will be doing all my business with them. Esa had me in and out in about 5 mins, great store!

The man there was very very kind to me. They were all kind to me and old very fair by far the best pawnshop I’ve dealt with ever having to sell an old engagement ring. Somehow they turned that into a pleasant experience when I just came from another pawnshop that offered me $20 for it, they didn’t make me feel like garbage like other pawnshops to and I think they are the only pawnshop I will ever do business with for now on

Not going to put a completely bad score on this place because I've bought firearms from them before without any problem but... I bought a rifle from them a little while ago, I was cleaning it and noticed the barrel was loose when I took the forward bracket off got a closer look and the barrel fell out of the housing because the inner frame was broken. I won't know if I can return it till next they are open hopefully I can get my money back because of it. Hopefully they still have the info on the person who sold it to them.Glad I didn't go to shoot it when I got home.Update: problem was solved in a very professional manner and was able to trade it for another item. Thank you to the staff for a good experience. Will definitely continue to use this store.

We went in to sell some things we won on an auction. The employees wanted receipts which is fine. When I pulled up my invoice on my phone the clerk responded by calling over other employees asking if this looked legit. The other employees decided I had to have a receipt for each product with matching sku numbers as my invoice and photos were not proof I had not stolen the items. This place can kiss my you know what. They insinuated I was a thief and I am highly offended. I won't ever darken that doorway again and it was just unnecessary ugliness on their part. Too bad for them as I have a lot of brand new items that would have sold quick!!!
