I took my car here under an insurance claim. The process was very fast and everything was handled between them and my insurance company. Repairs were great but my favorite part was the extra detailing they did before giving me back the vehicle. I also wasn’t able to pick up the day of completion and they held the car for me no problem!

Seems like they did a really job…everyone was very nice and willing to answer any questions. The part I like the most was the way they continually kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle!!
I only have one little gripe…….. a message on my dash says “ Check headlamp system”, and my left blinker blinks faster than the wind!! 😳😳🙄🙄🙄

Carstar staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop off the car when the parts became available. The car was repaired sooner than expected as they were efficient and I'm pleased with their service.
