The repairs from the accident are good, but I can't get them to setup a time to fix the damage done to my truck while in their care. I have been waiting 1.5 weeks just to talk to the person that they tell me I need to talk to.

I am very dissatisfied. My car had hail damage and I went to CARSTAR to have it fixed. Progressive originally said it would be a little over 3,000. After CARSTAR having it it was OVER 7000 and according to them it was 5000 in parts, but I only know of one plastic piece on top of the vehicle being replaced. This was the first thing that was questionable. Then after 2 weeks of them having my car I go there to pick it up after they told me the car was ready and the car still had hail damage on the plastic piece that was $5000. I pointed it out and they said they were waiting on the part to arrive due to the hack that had happened across the industry. The new owner had told me I should have got a phone call informing me of this and I NEVER did. It just so happens they had the part sitting on the shelf and was able to come pop it out and put the new one in while I was there in the parking lot. After inspecting my car I had further damage to the interior that was not there previously. My headliner was ripped from a tool, the panoramic sunroof boarder was all bent, the headliner was not laying flush and is now drooping, there are gouges on the top of the vehicle that are near the sites of repair, AND my sunglass case holder was flying open and rebounding off the back of the assembly. My sunglass case ALWAYS opened gently, but after them having my car, it now opens so roughly. I pointed it out to the new owner and at first he was willing to order a new sunglass assembly which was $265 and a new front pillar (where the hole was) that was $65. He had his seasonal workers come out and rub the area around the sunroof border where it was bent. He swore the headliner has not been removed, but there are plenty of indicators that it was. He informed me since the 2 parts he ordered were “cheap” he didn’t mind fixing it and if he orders the sunglass assembly and it opened the same that he would return it. He also said since the guys who did the hail damage repair are seasonal and speak Portuguese there is a language barrier and he cannot guarantee they didn’t remove the headliner and the damages are in the area of where repairs are done. He also informed me the gouges to the paint looks self inflicted and insinuating I put those damages there. He asked why I didn’t point out the headliner drooping and that is because with the material it is not easily seen in direct sunlight. However, the day I got my vehicle, I had drove it at night and it was clear as day the headliner had begun swooping. I have photos of before I dropped the vehicle off and afterwards, but the owner still wanted to question me and point the fingers back at me. After being accused I had caused these damages myself I decided I didn’t want them touching my vehicle again to make any repairs because after the first encounter when them I can guarantee when I got my vehicle back after the minor repairs it would have more collateral damage. I had gone to them with exterior damage and left with interior damage. Instead of fighting with them to get the INTERIOR of my car back to the shape it was in when I dropped it off, I decided to eat the cost and take it elsewhere so it could be repaired thoroughly and properly. He did give me my measly $800 deductible back, but the damages that were inflicted on my car during repair are WELL over that and this is not including labor. I would NEVER recommend this place. I had someone go there 3 years ago when CARSTAR Campbells was under a different owner and he had nothing but great things to say. With the new owner and the way he does business I wouldn’t refer this specific location to anyone.
A lot of these reviews are well earned by the previous owner and the new owner hit the jackpot when he bought the business from hardworking people who earned customer satisfaction.

This is a busy, but we'll organized auto body repair place. They try hard to keep the process personal and to repair your vehicle to just like NEW condition. For efficiency they use texting to keep you up on what is happening and when they expect completion. If you need to call them, a live person quickly answers the phone and can tell you what is happening. I am very pleased.
