“I Went to Varsity Express Car Wash for the first time this past week. When I pulled up the owner was helping jumpstart a customer’s car. It’s not that often that you see the owner of a business out doing actual customer service and helping a customer. It was refreshing to see this. Not to mention, a great wash with towels, vacuums and cleaning products in spray bottles so I can get my vehicle super clean. Great wash! I will definitely be back!”
“Great customer service, my first time going was about 2 weeks ago. I talked to a guy name Zion who works at the front told me about the memberships and my wife agreed to get one. I went by a couple days ago and he remembered my name as well as my wife name and was super respectful and friendly. Also the team stays on top of the towels!”
“I have only good things to say about this place. Every time I go there it’s so fast not to mention the workers there are very good at their jobs. Ace helped my grandmother that doesn’t get out very often, he’s the reason both me and her have memberships, not to mention helped my grandmother choose the best wash for her car, I’d recommend this car wash to anyone who lives in the area.”
“Good car wash, the vacumes always work. I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of the wash it doesn't get your vehicle quite clean. I have the monthly membership and I visit twice a week. But the staff is nice. I pay for 2 monthly memberships for my cars and I pay for gold level. But I go back because the staff is always nice.”

“Good experience. For all the comments. If you've never worked in a car wash. I did 8 years ago. When you have to clean the chain and the pit under it...you would understand why most attendants won't let mud caked trucks and debris in the bed go through. So if it's shut down for cleaning be kind because all the mud and debris will break the wash down.”

“I signed up for continuous monthly auto payments earlier. I was treated respectfully and courteously. I was extremely satisfied with my car washes ( I park under a sappy oak tree!) Then I went through recently and my account was closed. They worked hard to figure it out. But, in the end it was on my side of the credit card that went south. During the attempt to get a wash that wasn't working, I was given a FREE wash. Then I left to figure out the issue, which was mine. That free wash was awesome.
Figuring out my issue, I returned to sign up again. Tanner and Allie were so patient and kind listening to my explanation, signing me up again, and sending me through the wash.
I picked Tommy's randomly due to location. However, I am sooo happy I did. THEY WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!!!”
