Wanted cash instead of a card because the guy was Hispanic and may not be able to speak English. Even though they heard him speak English to me. Took them 40 mins to get here when they are 5 mins. away. Would not recommend

Best tow company I have ever used. Great prices and fast arrival. Car broke down on 35 right past pirates cove, made the call and the guy pulled up in like 15-20 minutes.

Tow service is a racket. My tow was right across the street from a gas station to a repair place. It cost more to tow than the repair.

Don't waste your time too. Just call someone else. bah humbug or whatever. It's 20 something degrees and I've been locked out of my vehicle for 2 hours now. I was told there was a wrecker 15 to 20 minutes away. Turns out he ran 2 other calls and then went to the wrong QT. Then when the wrecker showed up the operator had a wedge shaped piece of plasic and a piece of wire. After walking around the van for 15 minutes he conceded that he couldn't unlock the door. So he walked away and left me sitting here. Thanks for wasting my time.

This once great establishment was bought out by Beards towing. My vehicle was towed here after an accident. The games they played to get it out were ridiculous. Wouldn't accept digital payment from progressive. Had to be the owner. Credit card had to be in owners name. Had to have tow truck there at same time as when you paid unless you used their truck. Had to get bodyshop to prove they would accept it. The 2 offices play phone tag with you to keep you jumping thru hoops while telling you an opposite story from the other office and covering for their game by saying the person has worked for them for years and knows what they are doing so you must be wrong. Everytime you meet the criteria they try to throw another thing in. You are at a very low point in your life when the police send your car off and they take advantage by making you more miserable. This was the worst experience I have ever had with "professionals " in any field. Horrible.

There’s two other guys I know of here in Burlison that are actually busy with family this weekend which is why I didn’t call them their normal five or 10 minute tow only cost 80 or 90 bucks this company knew that I was trying to get my vehicle to the shop to get it fixed I’ve been working on the vehicle for three months now I’m in no hurry they trying to charge me $230 because they filled oh well it’s important for him to get his vehicle to the shop ASAP so we’re gonna bend him over the old tree stump and see if he’ll go with it completely insane price. I’d like to have a little bit of what they’re smoking. Standard five minute tow 80 bucks period, you do not provide any service there is an extra $120 on top of that. Crazy fkers

Worst experience I've ever had with a towing company. Their customer satisfaction skills are very poor and they lack communication skills. To top it off they lost my keys!

Rude people! Mother in law needed to get stuff and the gentlemen rushed her and said to hurry up instead of giving her time to get stuff since she was in the accident too!

This is the worst company I have ever encountered. After having my vehicle towed through them it had damage all around it. Therefore I had to make a claim through insurance. I tried to call and and request a paid invoice. “Crystal” the manager refused to help me get a paid invoice and was extremely rude and unhelpful. We later called to ask for the manager and suddenly her name changed to “Jennifer.”Service: Vehicle wrecking

Most incompetent, unhelpful, unpleasant people to help you make your bad situation even more of a headache. Called to get info on when I could come check out my truck after a wreck, was told they were open 24/7 I'd just need to call ahead and make an appointment. Great. Until when we called to try to make that appointment, we were THEN told they are only open 9-5 M-F. So, eff working people I guess. Fine. Take the day off work, go to the address listed by Google as the address for Burleson Wrecker Service, which, idk, seemed reasonable enough to assume considering both times we have been on the phone with them nobody thought to say "By the way, do you have our address? Because it is different than what we have publicly listed..." and when we show up there's no one here. Call them just for the disinterested monotone voice to inform us we're at the wrong address. Turns out the correct place is 10min away. FINALLY GOT HERE AND AM JUST NOW TOLD WE CANT EVEN BOTH GO IN AND GET STUFF OUT OF THE TRUCK. AND WE CAN'T GET ACCESORIES OFF OUR OWN DAMN VEHICLE. SINCERELY, @%#$ YOU BURLESON WRECKER SERVICE.

A company ran by toddlers would be more efficient than these guys. They have no concept of customer service and can't communicate at all. I will never use this company again and recommend literally any other company over this one.
