Every month there is a “problem” with my payment and they charge me a late fee. This month charging me two even when I made contact to reset it up due the their system error. I was hung up on. When calling back asking for a manager the gentleman on the phone said he was the manager and that I ended the phone call which I most certainly did not. This is not the first time that I have had issues with my payment “not going” and they state they called but I never receive a call. Rodents get in the units. And there is always trash on the far side of the unit. One time I had to drag my stuff from one end of the drive to the other due to the area having debris and trash all over to the point that I could not get my car down

You get what you pay for. Decent units but the owners suck. Only reason 3 stars is Brent the on site manager is awesome. If he were ever to leave I would go to 1 star and move my stuff elsewhere.

Decent rates, fenced in, nice people, the units aren't fully closed in so rodents might get in but I haven't had many issues with them.
