I recently had a fantastic experience with Blue Sky Storage, and I must give a special shoutout to Penny. She did an awesome job helping me with my storage needs!
Penny's assistance was top-notch; she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring that I found the perfect storage solution.
The location itself is also great—nicely situated and recently updated, which made me feel even more confident in my choice. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure.

Poor Customer Service. Check around if you need self storage Blue Sky just had a major increase and you can get a much nicer unit with climate control for what they charge. They will charge you for insurance even if you already carry it. They say they already paid their insurance so you ( the customer) who has already paid your insurance as well will be the one paying for insurance twice. The rate increase went from $103 to $161. They are hard to deal with and frankly rude and very unprofessional. Check around before renting from Blue Sky. It could save you money and having to deal with unprofessional employees. Was given the wrong number to contact management.

These folks are absolutely wonderful! Both my sons are in the Navy and they have worked tirelessly with us to ensure we could store their cars in a safe place while they are away. Penny was incredibly helpful and made sure we had what we needed and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. Thank you Penny!

I had an awesome experience with Penny and Jack. This was my 1st time every renting a storage unit. Jack and Penny made me feel real comfortable with the rental process. Blue Sky Self Storage has the best prices in Burleson. I would highly recommend renting with them.

Since being bought out by Blue Sky, they have more than doubled the rates yet have not made any efforts to put those new profits into the care of the units. My belongings were covered in rodent urine/feces and bugs of all variety. Any cardboard boxes I had were chewed through to serve as rodent nests. They do not address the pest control issue that runs rampant in these buildings. They raise the rates every 3-6 months "to continue to provide quality customer service" but that is merely rhetoric to justify a shameless cash grab. Pay a little more for a storage facility with a gate and temperature control, you'll end up paying the difference with Blue Sky in rate increases and property damage caused by pests and rodents.
