I bought a air compressor cause I keep having flats I bought a air compressor from this pawn when I went to plug it in it didn't work I asked the clerk if they test them making sure they work. The clerk asked if I wanted get insurance for 15 days if they tested them why should I get coverage. When I took back in to let them with receipt for a refund or any help. The clerk stated since I didn't get coverage she couldn't help me. She pissed me off that's 20 dollars I lost cause she wouldn't figure a way to help me I don't recommend anyone going there you will get lied to and will steal your money

Been coming here for years and always had great customer service. I want to point out that Bryce, Felicia, and Abby have always been great and endured our weird questions and inquiries. I think sometimes we come by just to see them. Definitely always a great experience with these 3!!

Me and my fiancé have done business with this company numerous times, and Everytime without fail it always beats our expectation. I give a huge shout out to Felicia the manager at this location, she always handles and exceeds our expectations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I definitely recommend this location. Never had any issues

Terrible. As nice as 2 of the people are, the lady that is contacted for problems, Felicia, is a problem, therefore the establishment has problems.
They offered a warranty that they called "peace of mind" that gives no peace of mind when the item is not received. The assistant manager confirmed this when she admitted the remote was not available yet the policy does not cover the error of the store. Then she tried to have her employee have me sign that I received the refund to get me out of the store.
She calls her higher up, Felicia, who may be the manager. Felicia lied and said that the receipt shows there is no remote. Caught her in another lie and they still won't refund the "peace of mind" that offers no piece of mind at all. The peace of mind clause that they offered should have covered all items purchased, however, all items that were suppose to be received, that were paid for, the receiver, remote, and sub were not received. At this point, your peace of mind clause is theft, if not returned., After a call to confirm that the remote was just forgotten, and driving back to the store, still, no remote. The item does not come with a remote because they do not have it. With such limited understanding of electronics operations, they offered an aftermarket remote. The peace of mind clause no longer applies because the purchase did not include all items. This is over $4.00, but we are keeping the $4.00 because we do not care about your business, we care about $4.00. So much so, we are going to call the police. They admit to the police that it was their error, however, we are keeping the $4.00 because its our policy.
Is it really a policy to have someone pay for something that they did not receive and not refund the money because you do not have all of the accessories. The customer is not at fault, the business is. I hate writing this because the manager of this location was really nice on the day of the purchase, the day before this happened.
Her assistant manager however, I have a lot to say about her. I will limit it to this statement, look the part. Your employees expect better from you. Next, once you decide that you cannot handle a problem and bring someone else into the issue, be quiet. You have already established you are not capable of handling the issue, so stay out of it. You only escalated the issue by making a phone call and then adding your thoughts.
The Onkyo receiver and sub....The receiver has a bad switch board, just in case they claim they have checked it and try to sell it. The HDMI out switch connector has a short. I was returning it anyway since it did not have the remote.
Lastly, this is for everyone that is still reading. Stop calling the police on black people over a discussion. I was not rude to anyone in your store. I did not threaten anyone, I did not use any profanity. What are you so afraid of? I am very kind to people everyday because I do not know what you are dealing with in your life, and everyone needs their job. The problem exists when people of any race, do not understand, "I'm going to call the police" is a threat to black people. That is the only reason to make the statement, to use it as a threat because you know the possible outcomes.
The officers were awesome. Please Do no give commands to people when it is not necessary. Ask a question. Are we good now....Is there anything else we need to cover... Now that the problem is resolved, are you ready to head out? Don't be your own worse enemy by giving an unnecessary command to someone that is not being a problem for you. The other 2 officers were awesome too.
I love God and respect you because God told me to. Not because of a badge and a weapon. Love your community with respect and not fear.
