Recently bought a brand new Honda CRV a month ago here the reason for the 2 star is because the experience wasn’t not the greatest. We found a vehicle we liked at one dealer but the price was a little higher than what we wanted we called around and they said here that they could beat the price so we went in. On the phone they said a similar vehicle was on the lot but when we came in they didn’t have one and they tried to sell us a different color vehicle saying they could do that color at a better deal but it was only $400 less than the color we really wanted at the other dealer. They finally came through and beat the price for the color we wanted. We financed outside and it felt like they wanted to punish us for doing so. We waited for a couple of hours once we agreed on a deal to sign 2 papers (spent a Saturday from 11-5:30). The vehicle came in on a Monday they said it would be good to go in the morning we showed up around 1:30, they said the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until later we went ahead and waited AGAIN the vehicle was ready at 4:00.
To Top it off we get home with our brand new vehicle and we didn’t notice at the dealer but the gas light came on and it had 10 miles left until empty. They said sorry we forgot to fill it send us a receipt of your fill up and we’ll send you your money back. I have not heard from them and when I’ve inquired about it they said the people responsible are not in the office I’ll ask when they are in. Wasn’t my greatest car buying experience.
