I have just left and I am disappointed. I usually get good results but today I am frustrated. The rear window was smeared and the trunk was not vacuumed. I got a gold package and the tires were sprayed but the rims were not cleaned. They are usually very good but I guess with success comes complacency. Not sure if I will go there again unless there is improvement. I thought since the guy doing my car was opening up and had a little seniority I was in good shape but what I got was a rush job at best and I had to tell him to wipe around the trunk which he didn't bother to open and I even tipped him for subpar service. I hope this review brings an awareness to someone in management.

This had to be the worst place I've ever been . My Antena has never been removed since I have had this truck . Mainly because it's been on way to tight . Apparently they thought it was on too tight and got some sort of tool to rip it off trashed my truck with a big gash and then didn't even bother to put the antenna back on correctly and I drove all the way home like that. One VERY unsatisfied customer. I am beyond adjatated I was there on Saturday. I will be calling on Monday . Arrrrg

I’ve been coming to wash and lube for a few years now and never had any issues. They do a phenomenal job with my cars. The employees are great and respectful, the manager is always around to greet and welcome his customers. 10/10 definitely recommend

As a former car wash manager, I have a good understanding of how challenging running one can be. I am beyond impressed with the way Victor and his crew do their jobs. The customer service is excellent, and the value for what you are paying is much better than any of the DIY membership washes around. Give them a try and let them know you appreciate them!

I take my truck there all the time because they do a great job of cleaning the inside and out side and I don't like these other car washes and just last month I had my upholstery clean and the couple that did it were amazing

Excellent service they wash your car on the way in and towel Dry it very well On the way out. I would so much rather pay eight dollars and tip A live person. This is my new favorite car wash

This by far my favorite place to get any of my car’s washed and is way more than worth the money! I never post reviews, but for them I had to. Whenever I am in need of a car wash for any of mine or my family’s vehicle, no matter how far I am, I drive it here! They not only have the best car wash, but the best service! When I have received a detail before for my moms birthday, because it took so long they offered me another one for free for a different car! The regular car wash is beyond amazing and at an unbeatable price of $8 WITH towel dry by their employees, my favorite part! Many car washes I go to are more than $8 and leave my car with wet spots and never dry fully or even get all the dirt or bugs off. This car wash makes your car come out so clean and shiny, and they wipe all the water spots off for you, on your windshield, mirrors, window, exterior , and wheels! I highly reccomend for anyone for just a regualr car wash to a detail! The manager and employees are amazing and will get you taken care of!❤️

I absolutely love this place! The service is amazing. I drive over an hour just to have them wash and clean my truck every month. They are definitely the reason it stays looking brand new.

As a retired Navy vet, have used this particular car wash several times and am always impressed with their professional attitude towards cleaning up my vehicles. Victor, the manager is always a helpful guy and has answered all of my silly questions without fail. The vehicles always come out like new and I love that! For the money, it is hard or maybe impossible to beat Burleson Car Wash and Lube. You can't go wrong!
