These people do not like people walking in their park especially on walkers. The manager is very hafeful. She didn't want to hear anything about Henry Wayne(Dusty) Hardy passing. She must be the devil woman.

when they work on one house they power the water source off I come home from work dirty and just not clean and I can't even wash my hands or even shower and they turn it off all day is the problem ??

Nice Moblle Home Park ... My Sister and her family live in the park and love it ... Nice pool and community center ... Managers are very nice ... Quiet Park ... I would think about buying there if I was looking for a Mobile Home ...

This is a nice little trailer community , it's nice , has a pool , peaceful mostly , the neighbors basically keep to themselves plus are very friendly & the manager does a good job !! The only real down part to this place is small lots & the other one has nothing to do with it itself !! Would've been a 5 star but the entrance is in the most undesirable middle of one-way service roads & you have to exit early , it seems like , on both sides to get to it !! But other than that it's well kept & back far enough from the highway that your kids are safe from traffic !! I would recommend it if you get the chance to live there take it !!!! ??????????

I have lived here very happily for 5 years. The grounds are kept neat and clean, I have friendly neighbors and management- Ms. Marta goes above and beyond to be helpful!

I have several friends that live there it's a relatively neat clean and it's well established Mobile home Park and it seems to be very quiet and very safe place.

Nick picking on certain people's yards and the standards are not across the board. Deciding to change the time on the pool being open because the office manager "needs rest" when its been 2 years since its been open.... management sucks.

My good friend lives here and it seems like a very nice trailer park. very clean and quiet. the pool is small and not open on weekends but it was fun.

Horrible owners and manager! They will tell any lie in order to get kore money from you. If you unfortunately live here already make sure you have receipts with time stamps for everything. Better yet let’s do a class action law suit. THIEVES! BEWARE!!!

Horrible place. If you are looking to move here....DONT! The manager sucks and they will rip you off every chance they get. The maintenance man is a creepy little dude that a lot of people see wandering the park at odd hours. Definitely better places to live and be able to keep your stuff.
