My friend and I stopped in a few weeks ago. The young lady working was very polite and helpful. The store was crowded but she managed to work the floor while being attentive to everyone’s needs. Some of the bars were low in stock but she offered to cut some up if we waited. Overall, we took her suggestion by purchasing the small bottles to test out different scents. I love the butter and shower oil!

I guess I'm not the only one per the reviews before mine. I'll rather go to the one by my sister's location. I walked in at 6:00 and wouldn't honor the sale. A few weeks ago.

Went into the store last Saturday, 8/26 and other than 1 lady being helped at the counter, my husband and I were the only other customers in the store. Figured since the store was empty, we might get some service or attention, but we were completely ignored. When a bearded gentleman emerged from the back, we weren’t acknowledged or greeted, which is OK I guess. When we followed him to the front of the store and asked if they had any specials he just said no we only got the pumpkin candle special going on, no effort to sell anything or even provide any customer service. Quickly departed & decided I’ll definitely drive a little further and go to my regular store because there they treat me like a value customer. Train staff & do better.

I've gone in twice so far to this location and maybe it's just me but I feel like I'm not a part of the club. You know like there's an inside joke that I'm just not a part of kinda feeling. I've purchased 4 tubs of laundry soap so far (1 month). The laundry room smells fantastic but it fades in the clothing. It's somewhat difficult to figure out which fragrances you like if you have to smell soaps and powdered detergent to figure it out. Maybe, the sales persons could ask what you like and recommend combinations based on what the customer is looking for. I get more information from the customers on social media than I do from the staff. The joke was that a coupon for 15% off was sent to "a select few" customers. I only knew because the sales person asked me in front of a customer who'd received it. Of course I'm a rewards member but I guess you have to be a part of the cool kids club to get greater offers. We will see. **editing to add that I am a rewards member.**

The two employees that I've interacted with were friendly and helpful. The first visit was with Giana, and the second was Danny. Both were professional and helpful. I love that you can customize some of their plant based soaps and their laundry soap as well. Such a vast amount of fragrances and products to choose from! The only complaint is that I wish they had more wax melt fragrances to choose from. I will definitely be back!

This store is awful and so is the company. I was apart of a fan page where someone from the Burleson location was on as well but lying about their name to get people's card info which she got mine and drained all my money from my bank account and store will not answer phone calls or send me my original order or credit they gave me for the inconvenience and it's been 3 months now!!! Try to call the corporate numbers, you won't get through to anyone because they don't actually exist so if you experience a problem like I did there's no one to help you. I was even blocked from their main Facebook page and hung up on by the CEO Dorvin Lively when I started explaining to him what had happened. Don't spend your money or waste your time here

Our family is obsessed with Buff City Soap! Great scents and great variety and service. This is high quality soap made in house so the prices are higher than store brand. This is an elevated, adult money, Bath and Body Works and you get what you pay for. My favorite scent is Narcissist and the kids love Fruity Loopy. My husband likes all of the men products and has switched over to their soap exclusively.

We went recently for my office Christmas party, we had a bath bomb party. It was a ton of fun and Francisco and his team were all so wonderful and helpful. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be back in the future.
