If I could leave ZERO stars I would. WORST experience we will NEVER use Budget ever again. How is it legal for you to book us a truck way in advance have my husband drive 4 hours to pick it up and he arrives you tell him you don’t have a truck available??!! Inconvenient is an understatement!!! Completely ruined everything and cost us so much more money. Uhaul forever it is! I will be reporting Budget for fraud. Also their customer service hung up on me 3 times!! Most unprofessional experience of my life. DO NOT USE BUDGET!

Budget customer service agent, SARA was superb. She worked out the kinks and met all my needs and requests. The car given was cute and drove great. I used my AARP membership and got a 30% discount, which they advertise and that helps when your on a budget ( no Pun intended ). I will use them again if needed. Check the rental car for previous damage, follow the guidelines, and be safe. That's easy so, need a rental go to Budget in Burleson Tx ( beside Sonic & across from high school )

Literally FRAUDS! Double charged us after assuring us everything was fine with our drop off! Plus the truck was unmarked and literally falling apart! We had to stop at goodwill to get rid of half our things because the piece of **** wouldn’t even go over 50mph on the Highway! Then we had to stop at Discount tire because the front tires were 20 psi over, each!!Seriously, just pay the 10 bucks more to go somewhere else where the trucks actually say budget on them and drive safely! (Or just don’t use budget) NEVER AGAIN! We will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

Didn’t open up on time, and I had reserved a time to pick up a truck. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to work. Then I was overcharged on mileage; didn’t know I should take a pic to ensure I wasn’t overcharged. This place is a bad business.

BUYER BEWARE!!! We got charged all these extra fees. $150 turned into $310 for 2 days. Had to buy their insurance $50 and they charged us a "physical damage waiver" 35.99, "roadside safety net" 12.99, and charged us an extra day for returning it on a Sunday! DON'T GO HERE! WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD.

A little disappointed with this Budget. Rented a car for a weekend trip to Louisiana, and the guy at the desk let me know the oil change light would be on but the car isn’t due for another 1500 miles (why you’d still rent the car to me not knowing how many miles I might be driving is interesting). Imagine being a black woman driving through the backwoods Louisiana, no service station on site, and the car starts running weird. Made it to my destination, checked the oil, and it was black and barely there. So now I’m in inconvenienced with stopping to get oil for a rental car! When I returned the car I let the young lady know and the response was pretty much “you were fine, you can drive without oil for thousands of miles”. Like mam, I don’t rent cars to still have these problems; you don’t know what could have happened or how far I was driving. That didn’t sit well with me.

Rented a van for the weekend. Pick up time was 7:30am. I was finally greeted at the desk after 8:00. I was not given a walk-around to see any prior damage. I was given the keys and that was it. The "clean" van had crushed chips, chip bags and other trash in it. The employee disappeared back into the employee only office. Is it that hard to get a vacuumed vehicle? They never answer the phones, so the call rolls to the National line who can't help with issues like this. I wish Enterprise would bring back passenger van rentals to Burleson. They have a wonderful experience every time; unlike this location.

One star because they let us exchange the ragtop Jeep they gave us because they didn't have the car we reserved. However the exchange was a nasty dirty car. Trash, debris, crumbs in the cup holders and stained seats. Didn't look clean at all. Otherwise the process of getting a hold of someone who could help took almost an hour as we were handed off from person to person. When we dropped the exchange car off after the end of our trip we were charged for not filling up the Jeep when we went back to exchange it. We did fill it with gas and we brought it back less than 12 hours later. Worst experience with this company. There was also trash in the door pockets.
