The rental associate was kind, courteous, and very helpful. I did not have to wait long to be helped and I was on the road with my rental very quickly. I would recommend the Budget rental car location for your rental car needs.

Do not rent from this location.I spent over $900 on a pre-paid reservation for a family vacation. I needed a minivan to get all of us and our gear to our destination, so I got online and reserved one to be picked up at this store. I show up, tell the man behind the counter what I am there for and this was his response:“Yeah, people don’t return minivans to this location. We don’t have one.”Zero apology, zero empathy, zero understanding.Now, the day before we leave, I am without a vehicle that can fit all of us. This has completely derailed our entire trip and, to add insult to injury, the phone agent I finally spoke to explained that it could take up to ten business days to get my money back. Thanks for nothing, Budget.

This place is horrible. First you call and call hoping to speak to someone in the Burleson office and get someone that sound like they live in Egypt. After 4 try's, up to an hour I finally get someone at the office who tells me "we have nothing in our lot to rent" They never have nothing in there lot to rent! I call them 6 months ago and they told me the same thing... "we have nothing in our lot to rent" This office needs to change hands quickly, they wont stay in business the way they operate now.

Only took less then 5 minutes. In and out the door. Yolanda is awesome. She took care of me and had great energy. Great customer service with a positive attitude.

I want to give a shout out to Yolanda. Our van had some transmission issues while on a family trip. I called in she got us a minivan to get the family home. When my wife and I showed up there was a customer being a total a**hole. Miss Yolanda kept her cool and handled the issue professionally. Then got us on our way.

Rented me a very poor condition truck knowing I would be driving a long distance and was barely able to cover half of it. Don't waste your money here penske or enterprise will do right by you.

I would love to give this place a 5 star review but unfortunately the employees are not present at the counter during business hours and they will charge you for an extra day if you drop off during business hours and leave the keys in the drop box. We parked the rental truck in the parking lot and because no one answers the phone, is at the location during business hours and is not there the following day, they charge you for it being parked in their parking lot. We haven’t received any deposit back and we were told to call customer service. Also, don’t let them tell you they don’t have a return box.

Their website allows you to prepay a $900 rental with no vehicles available. Then,you go back to their website to cancel and it cannot be done without a $150 cancelation fee. Then you have to call them and get it done and wait 3-10 days to get your money back for zero service. Pathetic business practices within the car rental business seems to be the norm. Also,the black girl at the Burleson location was extremely rude and had no interest in helping to get a rental when one becomes available. Obviously not interested in doing her job.She should be fired.

Rented a prepaid rental on Hopper for DFW location in need of local car body work and needed for the business week (5days). Upon arrival the enormous lines were reporting 3 hour wait times with no improvement. I canceled this reservation and went to a local Fort Worth location. Asked to wait 20 minutes for the car level I selected to be cleaned. Returned when contacted to receive the now “ready” rental. I selected full size Camry or comparable. I received an Altima which I read after is an option in the full size. Was not expecting luxury however with the cost of the rental car at the higher price point electric controls would have really been appreciated. The location was closing and due to previous issues with attempting to rent I graciously accepted the paperwork provided and keys and was directed to the white Altima in the parking lot. The white Altima very much the base model had torn holes in the floorboard I do not mean tiny punctures but like a large softball sized hole below the brake pedal. Neither the interior nor exterior of the vehicle appeared to be cleaned in some time. The interior smelled strongly of smoke. Upon observing a window sticker indicating a $450 fee for cigarette I contacted customer service as the branch was now closed and informed to bring the car back for an alternative option. I will update based upon tomorrows experience!!

The ladies working here are very friendly and professional. My job rents a car for me every week and the service I get from them is much better than enterprise. I plan to do all my local business with them in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Budget when I went to pickup car this morning. The young lady was such a delight ! I was upgraded and I loved loved. I wish more people were as positive and up beat as this sweet lady was. THANKS BUDGET, GREAT EMPLOYEE

Terrible new management. They change the base rate of the rental, upcharge items when not advertised or accepted. As a frequent Budget FastBreak user, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Use Enterprise or Uber.
