Tried to call the number listed on the google site, it’s listed as the local store number for south Fort Worth in gateway station, area code 817. It auto transfers to a global call center. When I asked to speak to someone from the store I was told their call volume is high and/or the employees must be busy with customers. After some confusion I was given a completely different answer that they do not take calls at the local store at all. I thought this was a company based on tech but they don’t answer phones..?
I end up driving to the store and see the manager up front by a phone laughing and talking to other employees. There was a plethora of employees, much more than actual customers.
Yet I was told they don’t answer their phones and/or were too busy with high call volume and or customers. None of that was the case when I arrived at the store. I was lied to and feel sad for the lack of help over the phone and having to drive to the actual store when they could have answered my question on the phone.
I loved Best Buy and was rooting for them but after this, I can see why it’s a dying dinosaur.
Went to Wal-Mart and got so much help over the phone and in person from an employee who was easily in his 70s and working harder than all the employees at Best Buy combined.
TL;DR - save your time and money and go to Wal-Mart.

They always fulfill my mobile orders lightning fast, and they bring them out to my vehicle fast as well. I love having an in person option for electronics and appliances like this place. It’s especially beneficial to see TVs in person. It’s also nice to be able to get something same day instead of having to wait on shipping.

AppleCare customers beware. The price you see on Apple’s website is not the price you will pay. I came on Saturday for my battery replacement appointment and the employee said that the person who fixes batteries wasn’t there. She assured me that it would be free under Apple Care. She also rescheduled me for Sunday. I come on Sunday and they say that the battery replacement will cost 80 dollars, even though apples website and the employee said that it would be free. Overall disappointed and sad. If you are getting a repair done with AppleCare, just go do it at the Apple Store.

I came to the Burleson store today to pick a Firestick and Lenovo Tablet. I was standing in line and they let someone come up and cut right in front of me. I returned the items and have decided to buy online with Amazon. Thank you Best Buy for saving me money.

Nov 2023 I purchased an Insignia refrigerator. In April it broke. Lost all food due to repair delay. In May it broke again! Lost food again. They asked if I purchased the 'coverage' for loss of food. I guess they don't believe in their products (broke within 6 months). I didn't purchase it. Round and round with the store in Burleson. I'm asking for $138 for food reimbursement. Nothing yet -June 28. UPDATE: Corp and store denied reimbursement. District Ok'd it. Picked up $138 July. Still took 6 visits to town as there is no local phone # to call. Beware of Insignia frigs.

Very disappointed with my service at this location. A week ago I came in to buy an iPad and they told me it would take a week to arrive because the color I wanted (purple) was not in stock at the store. I walked in today and I stood at the front where it says pickup and the 5 employees standing at the entrance just glanced multiple times without saying a word to me as I stood there waiting and didn’t bother to tell me that I needed to go to another area because that area was closed for the day until I interrupted their conversations amongst each other. I picked up the iPad and came home to find that they ordered me the wrong color.

Always a win at an electronic store if you are looking for tech stuff. The staff was helpful and was able to find what I needed quickly, saving me time. Since I was able to find my stuff quickly, it gave me time to view other potential future purchases. It is located in a good spot and easily accessible. Would recommend if in the area and need something for your work or home needs.

Seems like the knowledge at Best Buy has left with Covid. Bought a monitor based on a suggestion that one of the salesman made. Told me the monitor had speakers, it does not. Told me the monitor was a 4K monitor, it was not. Just not reliable with the information relayed.
