This place is an awesome local business in Burleson. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for years and they are quick and efficient. They never up-sale you or come back with a list of new problems. Luke the shop manager is always smiling, working hard, and he takes pride in his work.

My daughter came in for her first inspection ever so she didn't know what was normal and what is not. Let's start with a 20 minute wait. Then she was told her tail light was loose and not being held in by two screws. My hubby and I tried to remove it a few days ago...that tail light is not loose and the bolts are in the trunk so how would you know that without opening the trunk. They drove her car around the parking lot...I have never had anyone take my car around the lot. They told her that her break fluid was low but not bad enough to fail her, again never have I ever. They ridiculed her for not having matching tires on her car...personally I think that is rude and none of your business if it doesn't relate to what you are suppose to be checking.
Not different sizes but different brands. Then they suggested for no reason at all that she go to their other business and have diagnostics ran. The car runs fine and has no lights...why on earth would you suggest that unless your just trying to make $. I definitely would not let your new car owners go here. Luckily she was out of time because the wait was so long or who knows how much she would have spent on unnecessary things.

Let me first off say I have used them for oil changes on my wife's car for awhile. But today I stopped to get my 3500 Duramax inspected and was told by the woman who went out and looked at it they wouldn't inspect because of no fuel cap. A 2019 Duramax has a capless fuel system. After about 10 min and her taking a trip next door she came back. By that time I was already a bit disturbed after trying to explain they didn't come with a fuel cap I just went ahead and left. This is the 3rs time I have had a problem with inspections at this place. Each time I have went somewhere else and had the vehicles inspected with no problems. This place is nice and convenient and KC is a extremely nice gentleman but I'm sorry if your going to run an Inspection place you need to know your vehicles. Needless to say they lost a customer today

I cannot say enough good things about the employees here.
As an older female coming in here alone I had my suspicion. They answered all my questions and left me with the impression of days gone by when service was important.
Waiting room and restroom was clean and if you get a chance, sit in the vibrating massage chair.

I went to kc's automotive because for all the great reviews. And they are not wrong this is the best place I have ever taken my vehicle to. Normally I would take my vehicle somewhere and they would charge outrageous prices and try to get me to fix things I didn't ask about. But KC'S is the complete opposite. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys
