Took my car with a dead battery in on 6/18 24. The very nice cashier replaced it with a new battery for me. And got me on my way! He said he was new but he did an excellent job!!

I had a problem with the alternator on my 2006 Duramax after attending a funeral in Mansfield. The young man that worked at this store was very helpful. He tested the batteries and found them both low ( due to me driving the truck from Mansfield to Burleson with a bad alternator). I asked if he possibly had a alternator for my old truck. Not only did he have an alternator, but he loaned me the tools to replace the old one right away. Less than an hour later, I was back on the road and everything was working fine! I can't thank this young man and AutoZone for taking such good care of me, especially on Good Friday of the Easter weekend. I drove all the way back to Brownwood with absolutely no problems at all. Thanks!

I had to get a new battery this morning and I was so anxious about it but Kevin helped me out and showed me exactly what to get and installed it for me. He let me watch and tried to show me how to do it myself. It mostly went over my head but he was so nice and made me feel so taken care of. I'd recommend this store to any other anxious 25 year old girl out there!

Went into this AutoZone spent 250 bucks for a battery and the guy behind the Counter the manager older guy said that my handicapped 18-year-old grandson could help put it on because he wasn’t. I’ve heard bad things about the auto zone in Burleson and to visit Joshua locations instead. Now I know !

I love that my dad showed me the basic stuff about maintaining your car. Asked sales person for oil pan & filter he ask for which vehicle...I told him and Taa Daaa all doneSales complete! Very friendly!

Nicholas H did GREAT here!! He spent a good deal of time going through boxes and out to my vehicle trying out wiper blades! Old school service attitude when he could've easily just have issued a refund and recommended that I went to the Volkswagen dealer. I Appreciate his efforts and this store a great deal. Thankful for the great staff this afternoon that assisted and replaced the dead battery on my car. I was an hour away from home and they took care of everything so I could get home safely. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and super friendly. Definitely recommend this store! Very Grateful!

When I came in looking for wipers, the person at the counter was quick to provide assistance. He even went to look at my car to ensure the wipers would work. Excellent service.
