“I signed up for continuous monthly auto payments earlier. I was treated respectfully and courteously. I was extremely satisfied with my car washes ( I park under a sappy oak tree!) Then I went through recently and my account was closed. They worked hard to figure it out. But, in the end it was on my side of the credit card that went south. During the attempt to get a wash that wasn't working, I was given a FREE wash. Then I left to figure out the issue, which was mine. That free wash was awesome.
Figuring out my issue, I returned to sign up again. Tanner and Allie were so patient and kind listening to my explanation, signing me up again, and sending me through the wash.
