This was posted 10 months ago and I never received a response...imagine that! This place is ridiculous! I have had issues with management concerning my neighbor for quite some time now with no results. Matter of fact they are harassing me saying I'm the problem even though I havedocumented all of myissues.Do not move here!!!

I was willing to lease a smaller apt to get what I was told would be my monthly rent with the amenities. LEASER BEWARE! You will likely be led to believe you’re getting a monthly rate that includes your amenities, but be aware of the approximate $200 more than the base rent. Also, I was told I would be eligible for a refund of $150. if the apt didn’t work out for me. I wasn’t sure I wanted to lease at this location but was willing to be out the “said to be” $75 that would not be refundable in order to secure a home (as time was critical for me). I just got off the phone with the apts, and they were also not up on what corporate policy was regarding refunds. What you’re told in office is not always correct, and wasn’t here. I will own my mistakes, but cannot respect being misled. BTW, it turned out that Auberge was getting above market. Do your research. There are very nice apts at better rates.

From day 1 I knew I would be happy here. This place feels like home. Brighton is very helpful & welcoming. She, Carlie, & Kelsie keep everything in order here. If I have a question, they have an answer. Maintenance Requests are handled quickly. Sebastian, Fabian, & Michael are helpful & you can tell they know their job. Auberge of Burleson is kept clean, has a wonderful, fully equipped workout room, & a lovely swimming pool. Since I’ve lived here, I’ve not been disturbed by loud music or the life going on around me, the walls must be thick, lol. Residents are kind & respectful. The Valet Trash service is a plus, they don’t get the credit they deserve for the job they do. Yes, I am proud to call this home. I even like when the Burleson Police stroll by, it’s a good safe place to live & the staff works hard to keep it that way…the various events for the residents is a treat!!! Thank you, keep up the good work!!!

I am a new resident and have had the best experience. The office staff and maintenance are so kind and professional. Best move-in experience. I love my new apartment.

I was a resident of these apartments for 2yrs and I thoroughly enjoyed it, until I decided to find cheaper rent elsewhere and I was treated poorly. I was toldTo drop off my keys early because office was closing early, then I’m charged for items removed from apartment that were never removed! I was lied to and falsely charged a large amount. I have time stamped pictures and videos that the items were still on patio 20 days after move out. Then after I complained and asked if I can be reimbursed for being lied to, they immediately removed items and said no they were removed. Which is a lie because I have photo evidence. This place is way over priced and the management lied to make the property more money. You’d think if someone is there 2yr, they’d be treated with courtesy and respect. Do not move here!!!! Your stay may be good, but once you attempt to leave, they’ll lie and charge you for bogus items!!!

Charged $235 for a application fee and a (application deposit) just to turn around and deny me in 2 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been a resident at this community since April of 2020 and it has been nothing less than superb! The community is kept clean, landscaped and has the most responsive, helpful and kind staff management and maintenance team members alike! Each of them are professional and attentive. The amenities the community offers are perfect for making apartment living convenient and luxurious.Looking forward to many more years being a resident of Auberge of Burleson.

The young lady to assist us was amazing. She was very informative and welcoming. Took the time to.amswer all our questions and gave us honest answers, she took her time and didn't rush us. Great service. And the location is very nice.

I was recently doing some “homework” to help narrow options for my daughter and her newlywed husband. My visit to Auberge of Burleson was impressive and refreshing. They listened to my requests and considered them without making me feel demanding. Bailey McFarland deserves special kudos - I visited the property three times and each time she greeted me as if we had been acquainted for years and was a valued customer.Hopefully she is a valued and recognized employee. I have 40 years of sales experience and Bailey is differently someone I would want to be a part of my team. She goes above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable in a professional, confident manner. My opinion is Auberge residents are and will be treated with respect during their tenure living on property.

My husband and I love this apartment complex. We have been living here for almost a year and it is wonderful. We had previously lived in a different apt complex across town that was horribly run down and the managers were terrible to work with. We were treated like a burden. When looking for a change, I scoured all other complexes and read reviews after review. I am so glad I didn’t settle at the other places and the reviews here were great- for a reason I now know!Here, it has been a breathe of fresh air. It’s amazing how much management makes a difference! Auberge’s front staff ladies are so kind, remember us, and attentive. If you have any small problem, maintenance is on it!The living area is spacious and the windows are tall to let in natural light. The closets are also huge and we enjoy the large kitchen island which is rare in apt living. If you are sensitive to noise, I’d suggest living on the top floor as you can hear those above you pretty easily. All uncovered parking is free and there are always enough spots.. just not always where convenient. I come back late each day so I normally have to park far away which is a downside.The amenities are great and the work out room and pool area are always clean. If you’re looking for a really great place to live, I highly recommend here. We have nothing but great things to say!

The most insincere and dishonest apt leasing staff, the place changes prices daily, and attempts to bait and switch renters showing a model, then not having anything to show in actual reality, even though they have plenty of empty apartments. They use false, misleading, advertising regarding application and fees. It's not Free, you pay, if approved they make up how it goes for Deposit, if not they keep it. Manager is rude, portentous, and obnoxious. Arguing that a tight rental mkt is justification for poor service. It's a Snowflake run establishment meant for Zoomers with no life. read their other reviews and this will be confirmed.

I don't see why there is so many bad reviews on this place. I've lived here for a year and a half and absolutely love it. The only apartments that have a yard good enough to call a yard. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always fast and prompt when I need them. I wouldn't listen to any of these negative reviews saying bad stuff about the neighbors when it has nothing to do with the complex. Amenities are amazing and I will stay here until I find a house.
