I came to this place because it was recommended to me by a trusted source, but not only did I pay about $200 more than I expected, I had inquired many times and had been assured repeatedly that I would have it within 14 days (cause I was going to be out of state). Not only did they not deliver within the promised timeframe, but I felt thoroughly lied to and taken advantage of throughout the whole process. 0/10 for the business practice and 0/10 for the service/products you pay for. Please do better.

We can't say enough good things about the employees at this store! 1st they called ahead of time letting us know something was amiss with our insurance and they helped me navigate the problem, this was very helpful because we were driving over an hour to go to this particular store. Then the actual in store experience was spectacular, they were informative and very kind. Then when our glasses were ready we were having car trouble and they actually offered to mail them to us!! They came quickly and in very sturdy cases!! The managers, Dr's, and literally all the staff are so friendly and helpful, we won't go anywhere else! Thank you so much for everything you helped us with! We will be back!

My appointment was super fast and I found two perfect glasses! I did the buy two glasses and get a free exam. My glasses will be ready in ten days or less! The staff was super friendly and the Dr. was great! I will be coming back

Cynthia and Evelyn always go above and beyond! They both have taken care of me for a couple years and honestly don’t know where I would be without them. Any question or concern I might have is immediately answered with respect and kindness and I feel so safe with them. They treat my family and I like family and I will never go to another establishment for glasses ever again! If you are unsure of who to trust with your glasses, look no further!!! Gave me the wrong prescription first. Then when they remade them for me, they broke the frame when sizing them. When I found the broken piece 8 weeks later. They said they couldn’t show that they did it, and made me buy a warranty. They should just change the name to America’s Worst! Complete scam!
