if it was not for the price I would not shop here anymore. the produce is always molding and rotten on the shelf . proper food rotation does not get fallowed ( make sure to check dates and labels yourself) and the customer service has gone completely down hill and is vertically non existent.

The Pharmacist working there today January 16th 2023 at 7:00pm has to be the rudest most racist person I have seen. How can Albertsons allow people like this working there. She insulted my mom and made fun of her for attempting to communicate in English with her. We just almost lost our 91 year old grandma and we were all happy to get noticed that she was finally being released and get there to pick up her medicine just for this pharmacist to make my mom cry out of embarrassment because she was screaming and belittling my mom for her inability to pronounce certain words. When we asked for her name she said are you st*pid I ain't giving it to you. Not wearing any badge or anything we look for the manager of the store just to be told they can't give us her name but that she has a few complaints already given to her. Albertsons seems to support this type of behavior apparently. My mom nor does any elderly person deserve to be treated like this by someone who is unhappy to work here. Albertsons should not be hiring or keeping racist people at their company.

I have been shopping at this Albertsons for over 20 years. In the last several years I have been using their floral department for all of my local needs. It is run by Weelai and several other talented ladies. I am so impressed with Weelai's ability to create such beautiful arrangements and usually just by explaining what I need. She get a vision of your needs and creates a beautiful work of art. I have taken my own vase and have purchased some of theirs. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I would use anyone else is if it had to go to another city. If you need flowers for a wedding, a tea, a shower, a friend... go see Weelai! These are some photos of the things she has done for me. She also has a really great variety of plants on hand. Many I can't find in other places! I really enjoy collecting a wide variety of plants that she carries and all have been healthy and thrive very well.

I have to brag on Albertsons- Burleson for a moment.
I went to them 36 hours in advance looking for an Among Us cake. My daughter had drawn an image with a very specific original character she wanted to be her cake. The original baker had to cancel due to illness so I truly wasn’t expecting her to get it.
When I went to Albertsons they told me that they didn’t have Among Us character toys buy they should be able to make them out of fondant. When I showed them my daughter’s drawing they asked me to leave it with them and they would see what they could come up with.
Thirty hours later, this is the cake my husband picked up. My daughter ended up with her own original character on her cake. I wish I’d taken a picture of the back as well. They truly made the entire 360* view just like her drawing. They truly care and always knock them out of the park! ?

The pharmacist is the rudest. I was promised it would be ready first thing Wednesday. I went before work and I was told it would be another 30 minutes bc they just opened. I said ok, it seems it always happens. Well I'm I am walking down aisle and the guy tracks me down and said this will be your las filled here. Totally fine with me. He did this in front of others. I won't just tell, Yelp, Google but Doctors office. The absolute worst pharmacy you can find. Don't fall for the tricks to try to get your business.

Eduardo in the meat department just made our Christmas Eve dinner!!
He gave me a great recommendation on steaks and they were absolutely amazing!

The pharmacy is amazing. I've been going to pick medication up here since I was a little kid. Always have my meds ready, can make recommendations and explain the answer well to any of my questions. ANDREA IS THE BEST EVER! she always says hello, always takes initiative to ask how I'm doing. She's very kind and welcoming always look forward to seeing her.

This pharmacy really sucks. They are very rude and do not seem interested in helping the customer and even if they are in the wrong, they talk to you like you are stupid. The only reason I use this pharmacy is because due to Covid my husband was laid off and I lost my insurance so my meds are cheaper here with Goodrx. I had a gold membership but they kept trying to run a old membership. They argued me down about a price and I had to call Goodrx Gold to call the pharmacy for them to even listen. This was not my first time having a negative encounter with them . They seem to only hire rude people who act like they hate there jobs.

I absolutely love this location! The associates are all so friendly and helpful. The store is so clean and the lay out is easy to navigate. Lately, the selection and prices are awesome! Looks like my new weekly shopping spot.

This was my 1st time going to Albertsons fresh meat & seafood department, I was not disappointed. The young man John had a very positive attitude, he was very professional & knowledgeable about the prices as well as the weight of the products. There was a line of people but he did not waiver in his upstanding demeanor. No customers complained because he was quick & efficient. Kudos John for a job well done. I made mention to the Manager Jenn about John's outstanding personality. I hope she or the store manger recognizes him.

I think every worker I ran into is so helpful! Always a plus when it's slightly different setting. However, I do believe there should always be three employees available to cashier. But that's a personal opinion.
