The inspector took his time and did a thorough job yet it seemed that no time had gone by at all. He was very friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. I recommend them to anyone looking for a place for inspection or oil change.

such a slow and expensive process, should’ve just gone to walmart, but workers were friendly and good at upselling eventually said yes to engine filter so they could let me leave

A prior Take 5 employee over tightened the oil filter to the point of risk of breaking the filter housing. Matthew and Savanah were honest about the issue, contacted their manager who then come to assess the issue. After some work, he was able to loosen the filter and finish the oil change. All individuals were extremely professional.

Waited 1 hour for Inspection
I had been getting service for years at this location. Today however the employee I had not seen before say to me THATS HOW IT IS WOULD YOU LIKE SOME WATER I did not want to wait another 10 minutes Since I've waited 1 hour. They let 2 cars ahead of me. I was patient but the way the employee spoke I will no longer come to this location. Other employees were very professional but this guy w long hair I couldn't read his name. It's obvious he Forgot I've been waiting at rear parking lot.
Have a nice day as he said.

Told me that it was wait time was 25 minutes. It took about an hour and a half and ended up leaving.

Finding someone to do a simple state inspection was annoyingly hard. This place didn’t have someone the first time I went but they were the only ones that were offering valuable information like when I could come back and even where else I could go that day.
