I bought a couple of overpriced fuel injectors, and accidently left a mounting clip on one. Took 3 trips, and 4 phone calls to finally get it back. Organization Lv0!??♂️

After getting my car “washed” in Burleson, I use the quotes because it was not a good wash, I went to this location to purchase some supplies to re-wash it myself at home. I went over to the car wash supplies, and found some Griot’s soap in a spot with a $4.49 price tag. Surely it isn’t that cheap, but there were three bottles, neatly aligned on the shelf directly behind that price tag. Not like a customer put them back in that spot incorrectly, actually like they were stocked in that location behind that tag. I take my supplies to the front, to include two bottles of that carwash. This location is SEVERELY understaffed for the amount of business they do. reminds me of the Harbor Freight over off trail lake. Phones ringing off the hook, they answer “can I place you on hold” and answer again, “can I place you on hold”. Associates are vocal to the customer about how understaffed they are, one dude says “call my regional manager” to a customer on the phone and hangs up. Yikes. He rings me up and says the car wash soap is $12, I politely inform him it’s not labeled that way, he follows me to the aisle and says the price on the tag is wrong and takes the tag, now leaving the soap unlabeled on the shelf and says “sorry”. You’re sorry because you’re wrong? oh well, I get some different soap. Just not a great experience here today.

Advace Auto Parts, store # 7732, Burleson, TX 76028. I called an asked if they were an official UPS Access Point. They said "yes." I arrived with a small parcel that was pre-package and pre-addressed for return. When the attendant behind the counter saw my parcel he said I would have to wait until he dealt with the three auto parts buying customer first. They were in line behind me. I waited. Then for a further delay he said I would have to wait until the only (one) computer that dealth with UPS packages was available. Finally after fumbling around with the computer he checked my package online and saw that it was registered with UPS. I asked him for a receipt and gave him my email address. He said the computer would not take the receipt request. I emphasized that I needed a receipt as the return was valuable. He said in a rather discourteous manner that I should go to a regular UPS store and not bother him. I didn't have time for that so I left it at the counter and he said he was not sure when the parcel would be picked up by UPS. Why is this place listed as a pick-up store for UPS when it's clear they do not like to deal with UPS pickups? They were rude, condescending, and uphelpful. As I was leaving just out the front door I heard one of these attendants say, "I hate these people that want us to deal with UPS returns." Had he said that to my face I would have busted his greasy ----- right there. UPS should not have Advance Auto Parts as an Access Point. I surely would not buy anything from this place.

I came in for a digital tire pressure guage. I normally go to Autozone but this store was more conveniently located. What is normally a $8 item costs $17 at Advance. The staff was very friendly though ?

Not sure how y'all are in business. The people behind the counter look like they died and got dug up to work there. Store was dark and vacant. Asked the guy behind the counter for a strut wrench and he did not know what a strut was. He had to look it up on Google. WOW!

AAP had parts in stock not carried by other area stores. The gentleman running the parts kiosk was friendly and helpful. I'll be back for my next project.

Went here to get a part for my car. Ended up DIYing the project and saved $650 over the dealers quote on an alternator. Kenny went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made sure I had the best equipment I needed for the job. I will for sure be back for all of my auto part needs.
