Took my mustang in for rear view camera recall because I heard that this place was better than ford house in Wichita Falls. Not once have I experienced and issue with the camera before service but had open recall on it. Took it in had it serviced they said they put a harness or mount can’t remember for it as corrective actions due to recall. This is also not my main vehicle and don’t drive it often so haven’t gotten to out many miles in it. This last week I have been experiencing issues with the camera after being serviced. Call to get it in and fixed. Am being told that it will most likely not be because of the recall and due to other issues and will have to pay diagnostic if not. And they will not beable to get me in for atleast 3 weeks. Mind you I had no issues prior to them going in and “fixing” the recall. I’m expected to believe not having issues to them going in and messing with it and now having issues has nothing to do with it? Do not go here save your time and go to the ford house. Spoke with Derek service manager.

Great experience buying from Pruitt Ford. Little time wasted on back and forth negotiations. Salesman “V”, not to butcher his name, was outstanding. Digital finance allowed for less time sitting in an office hand signing all of the documents. Bonus-They sent me home with a full 48 gallon tank of diesel. Greatly appreciated!!

DO NOT BUY HERE. AVOID TAKING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS. Wife bought a car from Lipscomb across the street, who says they are connected to Pruitt. February 2023, she starting having problems with the transmission jerking. Had the car towed off I-44 to pruitt (A Certified Ford Dealer)(while it was still under warranty), kept the car for about a week, checks everything, says they can feel the jerking, but don't know what is causing it. December 29, 2023, the transmission goes completely out, (now it's just out of warranty). Lipscomb tows the car to their lot, tries to run diagnostics, no success. Says it needs to go to a Certified Ford Dealer, which is Pruitt. After a 1 month wait, (Feb 2024) Pruitt can finally get the car in. As of May 4th, 2024, today, she still has not gotten her car back with a replaced transmission. THERE IS NO WAY THAT THEY (PRUITT) COULDN'T TELL THAT HER TRANSMISSION WAS GOING OUT. DIDNT WANT TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND WOULD MAKE NO PROFIT. Now it's gonna cost her $6500 for the transmission being replaced, whenever they feel like they want to finish replacing it. If they had ANY INTEGRITY, they would own up to their mistake and at least cover half of the cost of replacing the transmission. Not really expecting that to happen, you know what they say, THERE IS NO HONOR AMONGST THIEVES

Derek in the service department is AMAZING, very nice and respectful! He got my car fixed as fast as possible! Found the best auto paint body in town! Everything was incredible! The best experience I have ever had when dealing with service departments! Thank you so much!

The process of purchasing a new F250 could not have been easier. Tommy made it incredibly easy to understand all the new bells and whistles, plus going through all the options. Jeff did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted during a time of shortage. The 2 Chucks made financing incredibly easy and I look forward to further maintenance with Darren. You can't beat Pruitt Ford so don't try.

Walt helped me with my used car shopping experience. I was greeted quickly with a handshake and a smile. He listened to my needs and showed me a few vehicles that were in the ballpark for what I was looking for. We communicated frequently as I looked at different car possibilities. Overall positive experience with Walt and the dealership. Would definitely recommend Pruitt Ford for your car shopping needs.

Justin at Pruitt Ford was truly amazing and incredibly patient with me for my FIRST EVER vehicle purchase of a 2024 Bronco Sport. I was definitely very nervous and he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to provide that extra layer on confidence and trust that I needed in a salesman. I will be buying all future vehicles from Justin going forward.
