Slow,slow, slow O'Reilly's. They are getting really strict on warranties, now you have the original receipt for warranty even though it put in the computer when you buy the part . Wish I could say something great about all local businesses, but not here, it's you feel like your bothering them when you go in their store.

Good knowledge & feedback on possible repair options. I ordered a radiator cap,waited a weekend+a day cost $5.63Wrong cap. Kristopher (a seasoned employee)searched stock & found 1 that had been In stock the whole time cost$7.43. For that small blunderO'REILLY's Auto gets 4 1/2 star

Incompetent employees.. sold me the wrong gasket for my thermostat which cause it to dump all antifreeze that i had just purchased from them. Went back the next day and the male employee got an attitude because i kept saying "he" so the employee cut me off and told me that i hade the wrong receipt because it was a "she" whos register number was on my receipt. The "he" that got my parts and rang me up was standing there like he know he had checked me out 9 hrs earlier. When i pointed that he was the he i was talking about... he said ohhh yeah, then put the blame on another employee. After all that they ordered the correct one, but told me if it dumped antifreeze again they would cover it. Feel like they should have covered this time since it was their fault. Pretty sad when all parts have a number and all they have to do is grab the right one.
