My hubby has a 2004 Limited edition Ford-Harley Davidson 250 so getting parts and bits and bobs for this truck isn't always easy. Pruitt Ford Parts staff are informative, friendly and very helpful. We managed to get all the parts we needed in good time and others we ordered.I'd definitely recommend this place and they also have alot to other.Thanks again for all your help Pruitt Ford Parts.

Service department is inadequate. First in line this morning for service. Didn’t touch the car until after 1pm after we complained. Gave me crappy attitude. There are plenty of places to go for better service. They felt my problem was not as important as others. When they finally looked at it it was diagnosed in 15 minutes. I would have had them do the work, but the way I was treated I don’t trust them. I will fix it myself.

I’m from out of town amd took my truck into Pruitt for maintenance. They actually looked at recommendations from another Ford Dealership and told me which items were NOT needed. They were polite, service was quick and above all HONEST!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Mark and Pruitt Ford. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. No BS just honest and awsome customer care service. I am a USAA member and through USAA I used the Truecar service to search for a vehicle. I spent several days researching until I finally found one. Got the Truecar pricing. Contacted this dealer then all of the sudden "Oh no, Truecar made a mistake. That is not the price". I have no clue who entered the information wrong but the whole thing seems shady. Bait and switch to get you in and sell you something for more. Extremely annoyed. If I ran a business I would make sure that information my potential customers saw was accurate. This kind of stuff really makes me angry.

Just purchased a new 2020 F-150. We dealt with Thomas Popejoy and this was one of the best car buying experiences we have had (second time buying through him). We live in the Dallas area so dealt with over the internet and phone but he took care of it all and answered all questions and concerns. Would like to let all know that if you go there ask for Thomas and he will take care of your needs.
