I have called this store three days in a row to look for parts for my tractor. I even left my name and number and never got a call back. Each time I called I was put on hold and forgotten about. Go somewhere else for your tractor parts!

From the very beginning, we have been facing serious issues with the lack of communication from them. It's been almost four months since we took our tractor to them for repair, and we are still waiting for it. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, we only hear from them when we call and when we do, one person doesn't know anything about it and they have to ask another person. The whole situation is beyond frustrating, and we are extremely annoyed.

Service dept. is absolutely awful. Started an insurance claim July 17th and got tractor back November 8th. No one called me to update me at any point on my tractor. Had to call service several times with no call backs. After getting my tractor back, their repair work was terrible. Air in hydraulics, bucket level indicator was backwards and my three point doesn’t work now. I spent $40k early this year at this place and regret it. I will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anyone.

Worst customer service I have ever had. He has had my trimmer for three months now they can't find a ticket for it. And forget about him returning your phone calls.

Friendly people and Helpful! definitely getting the rest of our implements from here. love my Mahindra 5145. it's easy to use however I do think they should go over their equipment because there were loose screws and bolts. but thats more the Mahindra Manufacturer then the dealer. I do have a problem with the tractor, the bucket raised up in the air and won't come down. I did take off the cable the rest of the way without a wrench or pliers. one of the Alan head screws were tight, the other was loose. they come with a huge metal bracket over the top so they wouldn't get hit or bent. it's a pretty well designed tractor for the most part.

They are quick to swarm you when trying to sell their merchandise, but not so much if you need a part! Now, a surcharge to use credit card for their expensive parts!And there you have it!

They did not put my tractor back in the shape it was in when they worked on it the clutch is not working right my 4 wheel drive will not work my gages don’t work for the money I paid them they didn’t do a very good job
