First the ATM ate my debit card and the branch employees couldn't do anything because they "don't service their ATMs." Then I tried to have the cash a check for me since I am not debit cardless heading to vegas and my mortgage was not a sufficient product to do this basic process. Thanks a lot Wells Fargo!

I'm the assistant manager of the local AT&T, I went through the drive though today just to make change for the store. The gentleman there was very polite, and quick and even gave me a bank bag to take my change back. Great service.

Local guide here!!
This business is bad, let me tell you one reason why.
Step 1: ask a manager at this branch what happens if you deposit a money order under $400 into your account.
Step 2: disregard what the manager tells you because they have no idea what they are talking about and they will just lie.
Step 3: go to google and write a bad review.
Now imagine for a moment, that the people you give permission to manage your money, have no clue what’s going on and will often lie to you and give you incorrect information, then they will say “oh sorry, my mistake” after the deed is done. Thanks have a great day! Thanks for banking with us!! Bring more money next time so we can not manage it correctly and tell you more lies.
The fact of the matter is, even if it is under $400 the money you just deposited into your account, will not be available u til the next day, and they will not let you cash the money order, only deposit. Find a new bank people… I’m looking for one now.

Reading some of the recent reviews here and I wonder which bank some of these folks are going to....We've been using this location for almost 2 years now and every staff member has been professional and courteous.Every time.

Very bizarre visit. I am the assistant manager of a local business that has an account at this establishment. I came in to get change for my stores register. Usually we send other associates to get change, but it was a busy day so I did it myself. I waited in line and was told I could not get change unless I had my account number. I had to go back to my store and find a slip with it and go back to the bank and wait in line again. When he finally counted out my change to me it didn't add up to the amount it should of been by his OWN Count wich was $160. So he put it in his machine and TOLD me it's $160 but DIDN'T count it out to me and just gave me the money back wich I'm sure violated his procedures. Then when I got back all my WHITE coworkers who usually do the bank runs enlightened me that they never had to present the account number, and that it was strange that I was treated differently. Then I thought about the sub-par service I received when the teller didn't recount me my change and just told me it was correct . I'm a 42 year old dark skinned Mexican man and have been prejudiced against more than once in my life. I will never walk into this establishment again unless I absolutely have to for my job. And I warn the community of the practices that are happening here. If you are brown like myself you will receive a different type of service and experience than our white friends.

This Branch deserves a rating less than 1 star. Showed up at 1:30 to issue a wire, was declined as their "banker and manager" was out to lunch. Watched the fella in front of me be declined his request as well. Please staff your facility to accommodate clients request during business hours. Glorified ATM. Recommend taking you business to any other institution but this.

Fantastic customer service!! Horrible banking policies. Possibly the worst banking company that I have had to deal with. Seem to care more about making extra pennies, as opposed to taking care of their customers.

I went into the bank today and was barely helped. I was told that I would be receiving a call(from the lady who I spoke to) so she could help me with my account at a later time...I have not received a call yet. I would think that me physically going to the bank, they would be able to help me in person right then and there and not have to call me at a later time to help me?(is this normal?)...but I was not helped by the lady in the end.. Also I personally felt as if there was a lack of concern for my problem...I ended up calling customer service later in the day and was helped in a couple of minutes with the same problem I initially wanted help with at the actual bank :/ I'm a disappointed customer today..

Friendly staff, management goes above and beyond to help the customers opened up the lobby to ensure my transaction was taken care of, have showed up a couple of time near closing but they still helped me with the financial needs. ??✋?

I have been banking here for 10 years at this branch. They remember me and treat me with respect. Always a smile and time is taken to explain any question or new procedure. I also have a cousin who has some special needs and help and they treat him very well. Thank you!
