I will be finding myself, another bank, to go too, this Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union bank, is know good, anymore, a young spanish woman, called the debit card fraud department, for me, because, i received a declined letter, in the mail, on September 27th 2023, from the fraud debit card, claim department, on the amount of $71.45 on a dispute bank claim, that i opening up, on September 9th 2023, and the claim letter, i received in the mail, on September 27th 2023, was declined, simply because, they told her, there not going to do nothing for me, on this dispute claim amount, of $71.45 i paid a discogs seller, $60.00 dollars, on a used Dreams cd, that was not as describe, and i tried to show this young spanish woman, the way, this cd was shipped, to me, in the mail, and, all the messages, from this discogs seller, that is saying, there not going to pay for the return shipping cost, and she told me, there's nothing, she could do for me, just blew me away, and didn't care, how i was getting rip off, on a used Dreams cd, that had a rip tear mark, on the side, of the back insert cover, and the playing side, on the cd disc, that had 2 bad line scratch marks, on one area, on the playing side, on the cd disc, that cause, 2 of the songs, to skip, on it, stay away from this RBFCU bank, there know good, and don't help there customers out, at all, anymore, because, i joined up with this RBFCU bank, back in 2017 and now, this bank is going down the hill now, on this year, of 2023, read the feedback comment reviews, about this Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union bank, they have a 1.6 rating score, over the internet, and a 2.5 rating score, on the wallhub wallet, through the internet, that, a-lot of customers, are leaving, a 1 star rating on this bank, this year, i hope the government, take legal action, and shut this bank down, there nothing, but liars, and scammers, and don't care about, helping there customers out, when they run into problems.
