“I've noticed that this PO has a lot of negative reviews but I wanted to take the time to recognize an employee that was really helpful. Carrie (sp?) listened to my concerns about not being able to obtain my mailbox keys. Later that day, I found them under my door mat. Thank you for your assistance and please keep providing such good customer service!”

“I’m so glad this little old building gives us a local place to ship through USPS! Cute little historic building and shorter lines. They don’t have all the services of a full service location but I’m just glad I don’t have to drive all the way to Encino Rio or up to the Spring Branch location.”
