“I want to recognized Eric Crockett at the 1141 N Loop 1604 E SAN ANTONIO TX store for going above and beyond in his service to help resolve issues we were having with my daughters iPhone. We visited the store earlier this week and he resolved a complex problem that had been ongoing for a couple weeks requiring changing of the phone number and cancelling a compromised number. He told us if it happened again or if we had another problems to come back ASAP and he even gave his business card with his contact info. A problem with sending texts/iMessages resurfaced and we visited the store again today, 8/2/2024. At both visits he was very patient and took the time to fully listen to my daughter so she felt understood. He worked with her to make sure she understood what was going on with her iPhone and her MacBook. He made sure she had phone and texting ability and triple checked that everything was working correctly which made her feel more secure. He also walked her thru verifying that the settings were correct on her MacBook so she could get WiFI and Hotspot connections to access websites critical to her business. He went above and beyond by providing recommendations to troubleshot issues that were not AT&T related. He then provided some recommendations on how to best approach resolving these issues. Eric is a credit to your store!! I will be referring friends and family to your store because of his kind, caring and professional service. I recommend y'all promote him or give him a raise.”

“David Garcia saved my day by not only fixing my iPhone 13 which for some weird reason the screen just went blacked but was still functioning. He went out of his way to give me peace of mind letting me know the time frame and that my insurance would cover it. He did a great job with his professionalism and excellent customer service. I was ready to go buy a new phone but he fixed within the hour and had my phone in my hand right after my lunchtime. I’ll recommend David to all my family and friends from here on out. “I wish I would've gotten the name of the girl who helped me out today, but I didn't. All I know is she had short, black, curly hair, like a curly pixie cut. I couldn't find the wooden 21 oz Threshold bowls that everyone and their mom are buying, so she helped me search the entire home area for them. Mind you, this is 10 minutes before closing time. Unfortunately, we couldn't find them, but I was able to order 3 from one store and 1 from another on their app. I have to say I loved how friendly she was. She asked me what I was planning on using the bowls for, complimented me on my decision and joked about how aesthetically pleasing the Hearth & Hand area is, yet they can never find anything over there. After we couldn't find it, she apologized to me for Target having a "Limited Supply" on their app for the bowls, when they actually didn't have any. Wow, she was awesome. I ended up buying a bottle of wine before leaving and Cheyenne checked me out. She too was friendly and upbeat. I was checked out efficiently and on my way out by closing time! I'm glad those employees helped me to have a pleasant shopping experience!”

“The store was clean, well kept, and smelt fresh. There were 4 staff members at 4 pm on a Wednesday and they were busy with customers. I do not like that there is not a sign in screen or a way to know who is next and the wait time. I did, however, get a smiling welcome from Jesscia. She promptly stated they would be with me shortly and that they were. Jessica assisted me after her customer with looking into getting a SIM card for a new line for me, and I ended up being eligible for the BOGO deal. Not only was she welcoming me in, she assisted quickly, was pleasant to work with, worked to get me the best deal, and worked quickly as I was on a time crunch. She and this store were fabulous. When Jessica had questions during the process, staff helped her with ease. Aside from not having a sign in screen to have an idea of who is in front of you, wait times, and to keep people cared for in the right order, everything else was above par, great work here team! “Honestly T-Mobil has the most reasonable fees, saved a ton when switching over from Verizon. They finished paying of my old phone and had some great promotions. Skyler was super helpful, friendly, and professional when hooking us up with a new phone. Would 100% recommend going in and asking for her personally. She really helped us navigate the promos, and made the whole process painless.”

“This Verizon location needs 5 stars and then some. Travis, the store manager, is a rockstar! He rapidly greeted my father and me with a big smile and a "can-do" attitude the second we walked in! The store was very busy so there was a short wait. However, the wait was well worth the exemplary service we ended up getting from Travis. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable...above and beyond!

Unfortunately we were there because my mom recently passed and we had to cancel lines and return equipment. The care and concern Travis displayed and the painless process of doing was much appreciated at a very difficult time.
